The application is again very simple and easy to install > > **Desventajas**: No negative points that I could find. I would recommend it to anyone who has a small office ----- ### "Best Check-In For Visitors" — 5.0/5 > **Eric** | *16 de julio de 2019* | Tecnología y servicios de la información | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: -Easily add company NDA that visitors must sign off on -Simple UI -Easy adding and removing users -App for iPad to check-in users > > **Desventajas**: -Expensive but there aren't very many good alternatives to this platform > > Easy to admin, easy for staff to use and integrates well with what most companies large and small may need ----- ### "We love this product but are looking for more functionality to be offered" — 3.0/5 > **Lee** | *9 de noviembre de 2020* | Ingeniería industrial o mecánica | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Ease of use is impressive. We love the mobile app capability. > > **Desventajas**: The registration system does not allow you to secure specific time slots. It only holds your registration for an entire day and we are limited to how many people can be in the building at one time. We need a system that allows people to register by date and time and then sign out so their registration is not held for an entire day. Also, need temperature screening capabilities. > > Overall experience has been good but again we are looking for the Envoy design team to offer more function sooner rather than later. We may need to select another product if features listed above can't be available soon. ----- ### "A New System for our New World" — 5.0/5 > **David** | *6 de noviembre de 2020* | Arquitectura y planificación | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: This system is very user friendly and that’s is VERY important in regards to all of my non-IT end users in my office. > > **Desventajas**: There is nothing to really dislike about this product. As with any new software, there was a bumpy learning curve but this was handled by their superior customer service team. > > In this new world of COVID-19 and contact tracing protocols in place, I am very pleased with this product and quite happy that we put it in place before the global pandemic began. ----- ### "great experience with Envoy.
