If you need to be escalated, you are generally contacted by the escalated person later on in the day. Paylocity has been the most all-encompassing product and the most user friendly. > > **Desventajas**: They sell you "dedicated account support" but not once in the 7 years we have had them as my rep answered when I called in. They will reply to emails, but most times that takes at least 2 days and then a canned response is given without looking at what I already did/sent. When you reply, it could be days for another response. > > I have switched another company to Paylocity.
