Sobre Pyrus

The Pyrus platform combines workflow automation, request tracking, work-related communication, and document approvals in a single interface. Pyrus' workflow engine can be configured with no need for coding and integrates with existing SCM (Supply Chain Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, and can be accessed online and offline through the Pyrus mobile apps.

Set up customized workflows to automate processes such as routing business forms, requesting approvals or delegating routine tasks to different employees. Pyrus can be used for CRM, legal services, procurement, HR, accounting, sales & marketing, and other processes.

Pyrus enables users to track important tasks, even when not directly involved, and unsubscribe from tasks when their section is complete. Integrations allow users to create tasks via Gmail and Microsoft Office, upload files through Box, Dropbox and Google Drive, and start workflows from Salesforce and Ancora. Browser plugins show how many unread tasks are in the Smart Inbox™ without the need to keep checking for emails.

Microsoft Office integration allows users to turn Word, Excel and PowerPoint files into new tasks, and track tasks from Microsoft Office applications.

Gmail integration converts incoming email into tasks, with any attachments automatically copied across into the new task.

Set different access rights for team members, both for tasks they are assigned to and any tasks within a project.

Track the progress of important tasks without participating, and still stay updated.

Splitting tasks into subtasks makes them independent of each other, with their own assigned persons, due dates & access rights.

The Pyrus sync extension can synchronise data, make backups and automatically export registries at predefined times and days - all over secure a HTTPS connection.

I can't imagine a better application for project management. We are doing a mass medium and Pyrus is perfect to keep track of what's going on with each publication (step 1 - we are reaching out to a potential author or expert; step 2 - we brainstorm on more specific questions for an expert; step 3 - the designer draws a picture of an expert; step 4 - one of the staff members edits of the article that was written; step 4 - website editor does proofreading and publishes the article on our website; step 5 - we translate this article to a different language; step 6 - we promote the article on social media). The "Announcements" section is great to post the notes from our weekly team meetings. I know that Pyrus has many more options for more complex tasks.

Pyrus is well-designed, I taught my team how to use it in less than 5 mins. The application for an iPhone is great.

No cons. So far I've noticed only one tiny bug while using Pyrus but it does not affect my team's work.

Pyrus has overall improved our organization and processing of AP and AR documentation. This has prevented us from having to put in extra hours of manual data entry as well as saving us on payroll expenses.

The extraction of data has been the most beneficial for us in that it is a huge time saver in assisting our processing of documents. Being able to access,view and process our documents in a variety of ways has also been very helpful.

In regards to our check processing and data extraction I see room for improvement, and we are continuing to work on that to better expedite the work as a whole. We've had a few struggles with things such as missing images or other data, but there is always a quick turn around for resolve which is a major plus!

We administrate the accounting for dozens of healthcare businesses, so we see hundreds of bills every week. Using a single system without having to log in and out of each file is a huge time savings. I especially like that when a bill integrates into the QB file, I can retrieve the actual invoice in just seconds using the address string automatically attached to each entry.

We had some issue during installation that were terribly frustrating, luckily, they were able to address our concerns and find satisfactory resolutions.

When invoice is in Pyrus it autofills as much info for you as it can, and shows picture of the actual invoice side by side.
