The sync function to QB \& Sage Intacct works pretty well and decreases duplicative effort. The security around users and banking is well-designed. The note functionality is great for communicating with my staff and maintaining history. Customer support is generally good. > > **Desventajas**: The reporting is definitely lacking. Running filtered reports is limited and cumbersome. I end up running huge reports when I only need one vendor's history. The sync function works well when it works, but the sync errors can be really complicated. I’ve deleted the app and no longer require or want their services > > **Desventajas**: Unfortunately, nothing stood out in a positive way. The app was difficult to use, customer service was unhelpful, and overall it caused more stress than it solved. I’ve since deleted it and will not be using BILL again. > > The app charged me a fee for instant transfer that I never agreed to, and the option to turn it off was broken. I spent over an hour on the phone, dealt with daily calls and two weeks of emails, only to hear, “We can’t refund.” Then, magically, the button started working again a week later — proving it was their fault all along. I didn’t choose this app —my company used it to pay me. But if I had a choice, I’d avoid it completely. Be careful.
