With referral candy, I like that everything works automatically in the background with little work required after set up.

Desventajas

It was challenging to integrate Referral Candy with Klaviyo at first - it would be really great if a member from RC could onboard the program to our marktechstack for us.

wish there was a tab that would show you who you have personally invited to the referralcandy programme as influencers - i understand i can export the customer list and then filter through however i think having a special tab for those influencer emails you have manually added will help a lot of peo[le using referralcandy for influencer affiliate programmes!

I am just starting to use this app and had some questions. I love how quickly I get chat responses and most recently the assistance from [sensitive content hidden] was above and beyond. She helped answer all my questions and even edited a product photo for me so that it met the size requirements for the app.

Yes integration with my current business systems was made easy thanks to the teams both at Referral Candy and at Lodgify. I was able to get assistance with my custom store. I am so excited to deploy this campaign and see how it goes.

Few examples how other brands have used it... How often to use it, where it is placed on out site, examples of the process etcThe software didn’t work for our trial period. Without asking, they billed a year in advance, even before it worked. We are now 6 weeks in and have not used it once and have so far paid over $500!!Customer service is also poor! With no response to messaging, thus the review. I told them if they didn't get back to me I will write the review and hey ho... they didn't respond.We are still trying to get the money back and still trying to make it work, to then decide if it is good or not ! I like the relative ease to set up the referrals. It only took a few minutes to arrange.

Desventajas

I wish there was more customization for the emails. There is a lot available but some other options of design elements and layouts would be really neat to see, especially like the way OptiMonk uses super clean layouts for their widgets.
