Nos permite tener integrado todo en un mismo lugar con Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, etc. sin tener que ir abrir distintas aplicaciones y manualmente conectarlas de algún modo (ej spreadsheet).

Lo que mas me gusta del producto es la integración con Zoho CRM (las encuestas quedan automáticamente guardadas y linkeadas a cada contacto y se pueden establecer avisos por mail cuando completan la encuesta), la facilidad de uso, y la atención al usuario (aproximadamente tardan 24 hs en darte una respuesta)

Desventajas

Les faltaría algunas funcionalidades mas avanzadas de otras plataformas de encuestas, la longitud del texto en algunas opciones de preguntas es corta y no se puede modificar el formato de texto (solo se puede modificar en la pregunta pero no en las opciones).

Es una herramienta muy útil para conocer las opiniones de tus clientes y, en base a ellas, poder mejorar la calidad de tus productos y servicios.

Lo más destacable es que se integra muy bien con Zoho CRM. Además, dispone de una gran variedad de plantillas para crear encuestas y cuestionarios personalizados con los que podrás analizar las opiniones de tus clientes para hacer los cambios necesarios en tu empresa.

Desventajas

De momento, no he encontrado nada negativo a resaltar, es muy intuitiva y de fácil manejo. No es difícil aprender a usarla.

Es bueno para hacer en cuestas y obtener analítica con los resultados obtenidos de las encuestas.

Desventajas

Hay poca información en internet para saber sacarle el máximo partido a la herramienta. Lo mejor es que contrates a un partner premium de zoho para que te ayuden a implementarlo y te den formación.

The experience is really good, positive and quite fluid with Zoho Survey, it has allowed us through the surveys to collect valuable information for our team and our company in general, the implementation of Zoho Survey made possible and favored the strengthening, strengthening and improvement of all the different operational processes of the various business units of our company from the actual data collected that catapulted the personal and collective team performance, which was reflected in a considerable increase in our productivity.

Zoho Survey is an extremely easy to use tool, it offers a very intuitive user interface in which you can navigate with very little effort, I can create surveys easily and quickly thanks to the different functionalities it offers and the different predefined templates it puts at my disposal that I can easily adapt to any particular need I have or according to the audience I want to target to collect specific information, I can also distribute the surveys easily and without complications in social networks or through personalized links and other media; we use Zoho survey especially to know and measure the satisfaction of our customers after interacting with the different functional business areas of our company; either by installation process of the contracted services, customer service when they want to resolve any concerns, technical support when they have any inconvenience in their services, among others. I like the way it complements with Zoho Sheet, since I can easily export the collected information and at the same timeI can analyze, which favors the decision making for the improvement of the deficiencies of our processes directly related to our customers.

Desventajas

We are using it for more than three years and during this time we have not experienced any failure or problem with its use, Zoho Survey is an excellent tool for creating surveys, it is flexible, efficient and easy to use that's why and being honest I have no negative comments to share.

Zoho Survey is easy to use just like most of the other apps of Zoho. Integration was easy with existing business process.

Just try it out and you will love it.

Desventajas

Yes, they can improve zoho survey. If they can add import features from other survey apps. Direct integration with most of the CRM, Email Marketing tools without the use of any third-party tools will be a best update in the app.

There is nothing in the app which is difficult to use. Integration with my existing business process is always is easy.

Very easy to set up and design so it works seamlessly with your website in an iframe. They also have a great price point for buying respondents. The few integrations they have are quite good, but it would great with more integrations.

Very few integrations. Would be great with a Zapier integration :)

I liked the features, which are good, user friendly and easy to use. While for the initial days I felt the tool looked a little tricky to use, it was quite intuitive and could use it in a more efficient manner. Hope to see this tool introduce more and more features, which are more relevant to address our business use cases.

In some instances, such as matrix drop down etc, I felt certain customizations were not possible or were difficult to use. So, I am hoping that if these areas also we could work effortlessly I would be a great boon for us.

Keeps It Simple (No Stupid Included)

Zoho Survey is a very easy-to-use, seemingly no frills survey and polling tool... it's very inexpensive especially in the grouping of more expensive options like Mail Chimp's lead page poll feature, Survey Monkey's paid account options, and other more cumbersome and comprehensive options like a HubSpot for example. I like it for what it is. I like it for its inclusivity, meaning anyone day 1 on the job can be shown Zoho and figure it out with little to no help.

Desventajas

Although the consumer facing view is as easy and simple to use and view as it is internally facing, to me it is not as aesthetically, UX/UI so, as say SurveyMonkey. It is in-between the look and feel of say a Google Form and the elevated appeal and function of SurveyMonkey or other more sophisticated tools. However, it is still a great reputable piece of software!

Zoho Survey gave us all the capacity to collect in a short time valuable information for the operation, allowed us to know the experiences and opinions of customers and based on these arguments, to achieve over time the improvement and improvement of each of them. The experience has been really organic and beneficial with this product.

It is a great online survey tool, it is intuitive and easy to use, it offers a modern, attractive and complete user interface, and it is supported by a set of essential features that allow us to easily collect information from a given audience. Zoho survey allows us to know the opinions and experiences of our customers, which we can analyze and evaluate to strengthen and improve the overall quality in the provision of our services, from the installation to the interaction with the different business areas (customer service, technical and commercial support). I especially appreciate the way it integrates with Zoho Lens, Zoho Show, Zoho Sheet and other native tools.

Desventajas

There is not a lot of information available on the Internet that can be used to enhance and take full advantage of the capabilities offered by this amazing online survey tool.

Desventajas

In my experience with Zoho Survey, what I liked least about it was the limited customization options for the survey templates. As someone who values a unique and personalized touch in my surveys, I found the pre-designed templates in Zoho Survey to be somewhat restrictive. While the platform offered a decent selection of templates to choose from, I would have appreciated more flexibility in customizing the overall layout, color schemes, and typography to match my branding or specific survey requirements.

Within our data collection strategy we do few and simple surveys, so in the last 4 months Zoho Survey is a great ally for these tasks.

Puntos a favor

What I like the most is its variety of plans, from a totally free one to a pro version. It also allows you to analyze the reports obtained from the surveys.

Desventajas

As it is a rather simple tool, it is not feasible to use it for complex questionnaires. However, for customer satisfaction surveys it is a great ally.
