The support have also been surprisingly responsive to issues that we encounter and the customer portal allows customers to make payments without having to leave the payment page, which is nice, although it isn’t anything revolutionary. > > **Desventajas**: Unfortunately, the Remittance Emails are garbage because they don’t indicate which deposits are included in the email so I have to guess. We had to turn off the Auto-Imports because it duplicated all of the entries in the ledger and that was an absolute nightmare to manually remove. The syncing between the website and the module can be very inflexible at times, which is frustrating. > > I know that previously we would receive checks in the mail (which were usually late or missing), but now the QR codes simply work. I am writing this from a pile of Pizza Boxes because my desk is a disaster and I just want to go home, but Stripe allowed me to avoid entering the same data into SAP for 5 hours.
