It allows us to deliver training and professional development content to multiple audiences - internal employees, contractors, system integrators and customers. While there are still come improvements to the base product to be made (some legacy pages still exist, making admin tedious), overall it is very easy to use.

They also have a growing community of users that engage with one another and want to see the system evolve.
