Me gusta la fácil gestión de los documentos organizados por bandejas según los diferentes departamentos de la empresa. El archivado de documentos inteligente con su posterior búsqueda de manera sencilla con metadatos y campos de los propios documentos. la fácil integración con el escáner físico, carpetas compartidas en red, Office365.Es maravilloso ver la transformación digital de tener todos los Documentos en papel, a tenerlos correctamente almacenados en la nube y de forma segura dentro de la organización.

El proceso de aprendizaje de la herramienta puede ser largo. Es importante que cada usuario final dedique tiempo a trabajar con la herramienta, ya que no va a ser sencillo al principio, una vez te acostumbras y la utilizas con fluidez te va a encantarOtra desventaja que veo es a la hora de buscar documentos, me explico:Si para un mismo clienteintroduces diferentes documentos, y en cada documento introduces su nombre de forma diferente: Mayúsculas/minúsculas, Puntos/comas...A la hora de realizar una búsqueda por nombre del cliente, vas a tener dos clientes diferentes en Docuware, refiriendose al mismo cliente. Esto es un fallo que debería de corregirse, pero se puede evitar sin mayor problema estableciendo un plan interno a la hora de introducir los datos.

Ayuda a digitalizar procesos y documentos, lo que aumenta la eficiencia y productividad, permitiendo acceder a los documentos y los flujos de trabajo desde cualquier lugar y dispositivo con conexión a internet. Además, ofrece medidas de seguridad para garantizar la protección de los documentos digitales, lo que puede ser especialmente importante para documentos confidenciales o sensibles.

El costo de DocuWare puede ser un obstáculo para algunas organizaciones, especialmente para aquellas que tienen presupuestos limitados, incluso prender a utiliza sus características puede requerir tiempo y capacitación.

DocuWare no ha permitido automatizar muchísimos procesos repetitivos relacionados con la gestión de documentos, reduciendo el tiempo y esfuerzos que mucha gente empleaba en tareas sencillas pero muy habituales.Al ser una herramienta basada en la nube, podrás acceder a cualquier documento que necesites desde cualquier lugar y equipo siempre que lo necesites. Además con ello no tendrás que preocuparte por la capacidad de tus servidores, ni tampoco de quedarte corto con el espacio teniendo que realizar actualizaciones de hardware.

Una de sus ventajas es también uno de sus mayores inconvenientes... la nube. Tus archivos estarán siempre disponibles en la nube, lo cual, a pesar de tener un gran sistema de seguridad, siempre es un riesgo para los amigos de lo ajeno.A pesar de que permite ciertas personalizaciones, no siempre es posible y además pueden ser costosas al requerir de técnicos especializados.

DocuWare es rápido y sencillo de configurar en pocos días o semanas, es posible automatizarlos procesos comerciales. Es simple y fácil de usar ya sea para usuarios o administradores/configuradores. El programa va a aprendiendo según lo vas usando, cuanto más lo utilices mejor automatizará tus procesos.

A pesar de que la mayoría de veces si reconoce los datos en albares y facturas que nos llegan, en ocasiones si tienen formatos complejos o no se ven de forma nítida los datos no los reconoce correctamente.

Something I like about Docuware, its interface, its dashboard is simple but functional, I like how it displays all the documents in a single view, it is quite organized to handle large amounts of documents. I consider it an excellent solution for the digital transformation of a company, and for remote work since it is based on the cloud. Something to highlight about the Docuware is that it has applications for iOS and Android, this helps the workflow to speed up the processes.

For a new user, the learning curve can be a bit long since it has some functions and tools that you don't understand at first, another point that needs to be improved a lot is its editing tools, if it works with a predefined format it's fine. but if you need to make numerous changes it can be a bit tedious.

Docuware a system that allows us to carry out different types of processes among the most relevant is the saving of information and keeping protected emails to be sent either automatically or manually, in this way we can use a much more efficient system in sending of mail and data protection, this is what docuware offers and I can say that it is efficient, I am happy because it works in a very correct way and which makes a difference totally to other software for sending and receiving mail.

Among some fundamental problems is the writing and revision of emails in the service is a little different from other emails, be it Yahoo, Outlook, Gmail or corporate emails, because in this its tools are a little old and outdated, so It can be difficult to edit an email, so they should improve this design and add text tools.

We use Docuware as our online filing cabinet. Anything you need to know about an order, you can find in Docuware (as long as it is scanned in and updated accordingly).

Sometimes items are not uploaded in a timely fashion and/or not linked to the packet.

DocuWare has been a crucial part of our environment for many , many years! When it goes down, which is not too often, my team is crippled. However, it has been back up quickly in my cases. The configuration aspect is easy for even the basic IT user.

There aren't very many --when it's down, it's down. No fixing it by contacting support in the Americas. IT is a global company based in Germany I believe. Getting support during our working hours is almost non-existent.

I like that I can keep track of pending checks/transfer easily and make sure they occur on a timely manner. It is very easy to pull up clients records and see everything we have on them.

I feel like we are on a very outdated version and have never been notified of upgrades. I'd like to be able to make my own "stamps" to mark documents how they should be marked.
