Customer support is also not reliable, I have to rely more on internet chat rooms and googling. > > Mailchimp is easy to use and well-known, but it gets expensive as lists grow, and deliverability and AI personalization lag behind other tools (thinking of switching, actually). It offers value for small teams or organizations that need an all-in-one marketing platform that isn't too expensive for the features it provides.
