Recreate every reporte this must be automatic and not create everything again, template will be good too

I met Reportei at a time when no other platform or tool could help me or cure my doubts. The first service I used was Freela's Calculator and Social Media Agency, since I'm starting a communication and advisory company, but I had no idea how fair it would be to be charged for my services. So when I did not know who to turn to for such doubts, I found Reportei. Not only did he offer me what I found, but he also opened my eyes to other services and tools that I could use in my own business. I am always being updated about new services and tools, which is quite essential so that I can be connected to everything that concerns the area of ​​communication.

Well, honestly, I can not point to services or tools I do not like. Even the form of communication they use for emails pleases me. Maybe I have found the software of my dreams !!

A parte visual do dashboard poderia ter uma aparência um pouco mais "formal" em relação aos gráficos e exibição das informações.

Relatórios prontos, criação de templates.

Interface de escolha de métricas, dados inconsistentes, relatórios em pdf desconfigurados. Não tem opções avançadas de combinar métricas em um só gráfico, layout do funil.

I've been using Reportei for over 3 years now. I run an advertisement agency, currently we have 50+ clients. Reportei has helped me create and share countless dashboards with my clients. It's UX is perfect, easy to use, easy to configure.

Reportei is perfect. No complains on my behalf.

Reportei is easy to setup and had good automatization capabilities. From the get-go it provided me with the ability to generate weekly analytics reports on my advertising campaigns.

Originally in Portuguese, some of the interfaces were not properly translated to English. I did not find an option of creating PDF reports.

Whats i most like about reportei its the friendly interface. Use reportei its very easy, anyone can learn in a few minutes. The integrations with most of social media its another good point.

Few data from social media, especialy instagram, who is growthing every day, more than facebook.
Another problem its the impossibility to customize data. I send reports to my customers, but they dont understand most of data. And, every customer has diferents objctives and goals. It would be interesting if we could customize this.

The limitation on formatting the report

Reportei is simple enough to give you a nice summary of what's happening on your social media. The info collected in these platforms is put in a infographic that is beautiful and shows in a visual way what you have accomplished.

The worst part is that Reportei doesn't have a free plan (even a limited one). For my company would be better to show some consistent work throughout some time before I could convince my superior to buy it.

Reportei it's an amazing tool to get reports and insights about your social media audience. In addition, you can know exactly what kind of post it's more efficient, guiding your team to make their job better.

You don't have an option to set you own template at the reports, so you have to get all the information and reply in your own presentation to show to your customers.

Report easy to understand, beautiful interface.

Google Analytics needs to improve goals and track events. A future app version would be great!

I like the tool versatility in this software and all the possible uses os this app.

I like everything in this software, it is very useful.
