We've had a few issues with people unable to book desks

but usually its been pretty easy to resolve

I find it pretty easy to learn and to use in my experience and best part is that it integrates with google workspace that made it more practical for working with teams . It has lots of customization options in dashboard also.

Its speed of booking can be improved for faster process.

I like that Clearooms provides details of available floor plans , desk facilities and meeting details on single platform which i like as it is very easy to use with good customer service.

Clearooms is awesome but somewhat pricey for buying plan.

Clearrooms makes it easy to book desk in rooms. For last minute desk booking we can also use hotdesk, which is a great feature of Clearrooms.

Did not find any downside of Clearrooms so far.

Clearoom support me in my work by easily scheduling room, check available floor plan and i love its unique feature of Optional health questionnaire prior to booking.

Clearooms never disappoint me with its service and i have no dislike about it so far.

Not much to dislike but there is always room for improvement, same is true for this also.

I really liked the interface that has made easy to interact and it's very efficient too. Cost effective also. It has made bookings less stressful for me.

Clearooms makes it so easy to see whats booked and whats free with its interactive floor plans , also it provides scheduling within a minute with assigning group of desks to team members to easily collaborate.

Shared desk can be concern of hygiene and cleanliness , and its really time consuming in searching suitable workspace each day.

I enjoy how Clearooms books can be managed with only a few clicks, as can meeting spaces. On the dashboard, I can quickly see the status of my reservations and rooms.

For business use, room modification could be more adaptable.

There are 2 pros of clearooms that i feel to mention here.
1. It's user friendly interface makes it easy for me to navigate and book desks or meeting room.
2. Integration feature help me to integrate clearoom with google Calendar which also helps me to schedule my whole day efficiently.

The only con i felt about the software is its limited customisation options compared to other similar organizations.

I like how easy integration with office 365 and G suite. Clearoom is very user friendly and provide secure service. Best in managing meeting rooms.

Clearooms has some limitations and initial setup is hard and require technical support.

Clearooms provides high security features like encryption.

According to me Slightly higher in price.
There are very limited features for general use.

I liked its simplicity and ease of use, which makes managing bookings quick and efficient.

Overall, my experience has been positive. It’s a reliable tool, but there’s room for improvement in certain areas.

Clearooms was simple to set up and train our employees on.
All the employees bought into it and manage it themselves now.
We have had an office move and changed to a new floor plan which was very easy to change.
I liked the cost per desk structure as a pose to cost per user. This seems more sensible pricing.

There isn't anything I don't like - clearooms is excellent

Did not encounter any yet. Maybe after few months of using the tool, we may encounter issues, but I doubt it.

Cheap, cheerful, good support and it's so easy to get set up and for the consultant to use.

Could do with ability to adjust how the system works, perhaps some additional white labelling but not too fussed about it.

Very easy to use, very helpful customer support and easy to make changes; adding/removing staff, reporting, overview, data export etc.

Nothing really. Even when I've pointed out bugs to the Clearooms team, they've fixed within a few hours or days.

Quick to make changes and great GUI. Staff have adopted the tool very quickly

On occasions we seem to have a lack of sync between our Teams addin, mobile app and the web app.

Easy to set up and intuitive to use. Ideal for an organisation with few rooms and more users than desks.

There are some minor bugs which are being fixed.
