An excellent product with beautiful maps

Customer service is very helpful and the product it is very easy to implement.

Coût maitrisé et intégration facile

L'intégration : très simple que ce soit à partir de Leaflet pour les raster map ou Mapbox GL JS pour les cartes vectorielles.
Le coût : faisant un usage intensif des fonds de carte pour un composant dont les couts doivent être maitrisés, Jawg s'est avéré la solution moins chère parmi celles qui remplissaient le cahier des charges.
Le support client et avant-vente : très réactif. Toutes nos questions ont été répondues de manière satisfaisante.
Desventajas
Ayant opté pour un forfait "tailor-made" avec un nombre de Map Views négocié par an, nous aurions trouvé utile de disposer dans la plateforme une visualisation de la part de Map Views du forfait consommée.

We're very satisfied with the integration of JAWG. The map is both beautiful and high-performance, meeting our needs. Our partnership with them is great, truly based on solid collaboration.
Desventajas
A few duplicates or missing destinations, but overall we're satisfied !

We're using Jawg map tiles for all our maps, and we've found the service to be extremely robust and performant. Any problem or need for help has been promptly solved by their support. Overall, we've been able to rely on their service for a few years and it's been an overwhelmingly positive and smooth experience.
Puntos a favor
Integrating Jawg map tiles was very straight-forward with their provided examples.
A selection of beautiful map styles is available out of the box, and easy to tweak.
The Geocoding API works very well.
Support is quick and very helpful.
Desventajas
A satellite basemap would be a nice addition, but unfortunately that's probably very complicated to obtain.

Produit stable et simple à intégrer avec plusieurs fonctionnalités qui répondent à nos besoins.
Une équipe sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins, avec un support éfficace.
Desventajas
Les dashboards de suivis de consommations pourraient afficher la conso à l'heure pour avoir plus de détail.

Très bonne expérience, le suivi d'utilisation (quasi temps réel ?) ainsi que divers KPI dans la console d'administration permettent d'éviter les mauvaises surprises en terme d'estimation de coûts. Les prix étant très attractifs, le client est actuellement entièrement satisfait.
Puntos a favor
La réactivité de l'équipe et leur accompagnement dans la mise en place du logiciel et le suivi après la première mise en production. Une équipe qui souhaite parler concrètement des problématiques techniques plutôt que commerciales, afin de répondre précisément au besoin du client.
Côté prix, les tarifs sont très concurrentiels.
Desventajas
Il peut toujours manquer des fonctionnalités exclusives aux besoins des clients mais étant donné l'expertise technique et la volonté d'accompagnement de Jawg, ils peuvent apporter et conseiller des solutions voire améliorer/modifier leurs services.

Nice looking maps and friendly people behind them

Not sure if this is scalable for them, but folks behind the service spent time in understanding our needs and finding ways they can help us in fitting in the picture of our specific project.
Desventajas
I can't think of any major issues that I have with the service or missing features. So far, so good :)
