Circula is easy to use on the phone. The function of scanning receipts usually works fine.

I often encounter an error while submitting the benefit. Some expenses are never reaching the Circula, as they are in the 'uploading' status. Sometimes resending them does not help as well.

The application is user-friendly. It's easy to upload the details and can track the monthly expanses.

Though it's good but still some features are still missing like advance payment.

Clean interface, easy to understand. Buttons and sections clearly defined.

Receipts sometimes illegible. Should perhaps have higher standards for acceptable data entry.

I can handle my work very easily and quickly in daily use.

I like the Circula employees most about the software: The customer service of Circula replies very fast and in a very friendly and professional way. The Circula Team is very open if we suggest product improvements or if we have special requests.

There is no API with our accounting system and with our personnel system. We work with Excel export and imports.

Nothing comes to mind right now. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to make the app available in all country app stores, as that would make it easier for people with different apple ids

I really like the ease and use and their mobile app. I can on the fly generate my expenses (while sitting in the taxi or in the train). Clear instructions how to properly follow the process

It's not reducing the complexity of the german expense laws :)

Sometimes the scans of the bills (i.e. Taxi) are difficult to read

I love the intuitive process of the sending bills, it fills automatically for almost any currency otherwise you also could send the bill from the card and then it will be all solved, app is also filling out automatically everything you have to do almost nothing

I think sometimes it is not understandable how to edit your request

I like most how easy it is to upload images of my receipts and how the software autopopulates the data fields by scanning the information on the receipt. This saves me time having to fill in all the fields.

Nothing so far, I have had a very good experience in the 2 years I have used it.

Just create a trip you did, take pictures of the invoices, let the app "extract" important figures (even in foreign currancies) and finalize the expense-booking. Send, have it released by your boss - finished!Easiest way possible!

The OCR does not work 100% every time - you need to check carefully!

On the whole, there are no points that I don't like about Circula.

The fact that the app is mobile friendly is the most important feature for me. The scanning feature makes things so much easier and in many cases, the app will input the data for you.

Also, you can start the process on your phone while on the go, and finish on your desktop when back at the office if you wish to.

Nothing bad to say really. It might be a bit confusing at the beginning when calculating your per diem, but give trust to the app and you will not have to worry about it at all.

Easy to use. Earlier I did my travel expenses weeks or months after my trips. Now I am doing it in the train or flight back home. The quality of the images is amazing and using the app is fun. That's how it should be!

That I don't do so many trips and cannot use all the features ;-)
