The features available in each of their products is well thought out and enables any merchant to create and identify Superfans. The integration with Klaviyo in particular is absolutely invaluable. I understand that it acts as an intro tier, but the fact that in order to sync reviews with my Klaviyo flows has a significant jump in price makes it not worth it at my company's early stage. The costs for a lot of the services/features is not worth it unless your website is seeing ~10K sessions/month, so as a small business that only gets ~3K sessions/month and ~50 orders per month, the cost for the additional services aren't worth it quite yet. > > I see opportunity to grow with Okendo and add more of their services as my increased store sessions and revenue grows. There's only so much I can do with the base tier, but the customer service is top tier even with them fully knowing I am using the base plan.
