One Stop Shop for Competitive Intelligence

My overall experience right from the evaluation to launch phase has been exceptional. The team behind this tool provides excellent support and is always on hand to address queries. This had helped us to customize the tool and filter out the noise to enable faster decision making and also saves us a huge amount of time which was previously spent on gathering information.

1) Easy to set-up with built-in widgets and templates
2) Economical and doesn't burn a hole in your budget
3) Access to a multitude of publicly available information across the competitive ecosystem
4) Easy alerts for those who are time-crunched
5) Saves a lot of time and effort spent in gathering news, intelligence and documents
6) Can be a central repository for all types documents and field intel for an organization
7) Efficient in helping identify the implications of intelligence by enabling easy piecing together of information.
Puntos en contra
1) Fair bit of learning curve as there are so many features
2) Odd-chances of not functioning in some regions due to internet censorship
3) Customization requires fair bit of time and efforts, but nothing too significant

Love K360~

Love the company, especially the people. We are using K360 to replace google alerts. K360 let's us monitor all of our competitors in one easy place. It has saved us significant time.

K360 is customizable and feature rich. We are able to tailor to suit our needs.
Puntos en contra
K360 is really geared for enterprise applications vs project by project. Not a big deal, but would love for my entire team of analysts to have admin privileges.

I like how we are able to establish a document repository specifically tailored to industry and competitive intelligence. This is something we have not been able to do in the past.

I get the sense there are barriers to information the further away we get from the United States. I would challenge the team to look into how we can collect competitive intelligence in China and eastern Europe.

The product support has been great.

The dashboarding functionality is probably our most used function. However, competitor email updates and profile data is also very helpful.

The dashboard function that tracks competitor data can be clunky sometimes. The tagging of words is very helpful but sometimes it still misses the mark.
