Google a veces da problemas para localizar las sheets (no valen excel subidos al drive).

Excelente aplicación para crear campañas efectivas de correo electrónico! Extensas funcionalidades como segmentación de correos por última fecha de envio y muchas mas. La verdad estoy muy satisfecho! Gracias Gmass !!!!

La simplicidad de su interfaz y su funciones, muy completas

Es una alternativa muy interesante para envíos masivos, ya que se gestiona todo desde gmail y es mucho más personal.

Solo tengo dudas porque hay varios destinatarios a los que les ha llegado igualmente como spam, pero supongo que es inevitable en envíos masivos.

There isn't anything that I've found I don't like about GMass.

I love the automation features and the ability to scale outreach fast. I love that this tool has helped make my business so much better.

I wish Gmass still had an email warmup feature.

It lives in Gmail which makes it very convenient to use at the time you need it.

Also, I love the basic features included in the software such as reporting, auto follow-up for no replies. I'm most impressed by the simplicity of the software. It's got exactly what you need it without the bells and whistles.

The integration with Google Drive's spreadsheet is also seamless and I haven't seen it in other similar products.

I didn't like the automatic Gmass signature in the email at the time.
I've started using different mass mailing software so I'm not sure if that's still present.

GMass is an incredibly powerful and effective email marketing tool that has helped me to easily reach out to my customer base. It is really easy to use, with a great user interface and clear instructions. The automated features are extremely useful, and I could not recommend this tool more highly.

GMass can sometimes be a bit slow, which can be frustrating when you're trying to get your messages out. Additionally, its analytics tools could be improved, as they lack some of the functionality of other similar tools.

I am really impressed with GMass and all its features, especially for both personal and business projects. I am very satisfied with its performance. The only suggestion I have is to provide more tutorial guidance before launching the first campaign email, as it can be a bit confusing. However, its user-friendly nature made it easy to figure out.

visually, it feels outdated, even though it is quite up to date and dynamic, after installation, they jump you into a campaign email template and could use a little more step by step show through before that moment

The features that I like the most are the failsafes to keep you from making a huge blunder with your data and messages.

I don't like how the fonts and font sizes are not automatically adjusted when the data comes together with the message.

GMass mail merge does not require the installation of any additional software. We must install a Google Chrome extension and apply it to our existing Gmail account. It protects our email campaigns from spam.

easy installation, integration with Gsuite , Google sheets, Google Drive, Google Contacts, I could install my unsubscribers from Mailchimp and uploaded in GMASS, great documentation, it is amazing. It is time saver, a really powerful tool for any business as you can personalize all the emails of your campaign and also track who opened the email. The numbers of open rate are getting higher! It needs time to set it up in the beginning for connectinf with Google sheets appropriately and find how to use the red button Gmass. But then it is a piece of cake.

I organize a large tennis tournament every week and had been using gmail and my Google Contacts to communicate with everyone. All of a sudden all 106 email were bouncing back. I thought it might be due to the large size of the photo attachments so I reduced those and also dropped the number of recipients to under 100. That still did not work. I searched for answers and apparently if just 1 person marks your email as spam, servers will reject all of them. In my research I came across this Chrome add on named GMass. Reviews were great and since I wasn't doing any marketing, I purchased the minimal plan which does everything I need and more. I am beyond satisfied! I can now write and attach actual size photos (so people can print them) without worrying about hearing the dreadful ding, ding, ding, of emails getting blocked and coming back. GMass was very easy to install and has worked perfectly. I haven't needed to contact support but I'm sure help is available. I recommend this product very highly. It has simplified all my group emails and it also keeps everyone unable to "reply all" which is a blessing! I am a very happy customer. Thanks GMass!!

No Cons. It is very useful. Definitely helps with not getting bouncing emails. Makes contacting everyone and getting/tracking responses quite easy, even for a novice with mass emailing

GMass was extremely beneficial to me. It was simple to use and saved us a load of effort. The cost is fairly reasonable for what you receive. It works well with Gmail and Google Sheets, which is fantastic. I also like how I can easily import a CSV of contacts to the software.

The report generated could be improved by displaying specifically what follow-ups are planned and the substance of those follow-ups. Also, having a tool to alter and modify any automatic follow-up scripts would be fantastic and be very useful for me to manage the email better.

GMass is an amazing tool that makes life easy with the wonderful CRM along with the tool. It is easy to monitor the campaigns as well as the live stats of the campaigns currently live and ongoing. The dashboard is an amazing addition to view all the campaigns along with the stats of each campaign such as replies, clicks, blocks, etc. which we can access directly from the dashboard instead of searching from the long list of emails received.

A few cons for which I docked a star from the 5-star review I thought of giving are: I would have lived a calendar with the dates of the campaigns and follow-ups so that it would be helpful to plan other campaigns and follow-ups accordingly. The email verifier sometimes verifies mail ids as valid whereas they sometimes get bounced back saying that the email is invalid or does not exist. When I pause a campaign follow-up for a day so that I can run another campaign, the paused campaign expires/ends without sending a follow-up or an option to unpause as the date is passed. It would be helpful if we can add a follow-up later to an email that we sent without enabling a follow-up as sometimes mistakes happen and we send emails without enabling a follow-up and there is no way to redeem ourselves. I'm not sure if these are already available and I'm not aware of them as I keep learning new things in GMass every day. I'm sure that the GMass team will take these things into consideration and improve the tool to make it the best in the market.

I came back to GMass for Gmail with my new consulting job helping start-ups get going. I also use it for my Fine Art business.The improvements since 2019 have kept GMass on the front edge of delivering splendid results for email marketers. I particularly like these features:> Tight Integration with Gmail> Send Speed Selections> Google Sheet integration> Personalization> email address verification

Nothing really. There are a couple of complex fixes that can be applied for larger businesses but they were above my API expertise level. I never found that I needed those configurations to get the benefits I needed.

The fact that it was integrated into Gmail, it allowed me to create multiple email campaigns and track every aspect of the campaign including links.

Troubleshooting and Support; I had an issue where the application seemed to malfunction and I tried looking for a fix and but became frustrated having to search and troubleshoot.

Good deliverability, relatively quick to send out emails, powerful features for a low price.

A little confusing/involved to setup, not as intuitive or easy as other email marketing providers, requires a lot of "back end" setting up to send.

My favorite feature is the reports. I can easily see what I sent and when; who's opening and reading my messages; how many of my addresses need to be updated, and any automated responses. I'd have to say ease of use is equally of value to me. SO Easy!

I love everything about GMASS - don't know how you could improve it!
