Por su facilidad de uso está ganando terreno en los eventos virtuales, puedes tener la capacidad de no requerir de personal adicional para administrar eventos, con la facilidad de hacer salas y colocar la imagen del evento.

Desventajas

No tiene muchas funciones para móviles, en la descarga de asistentes no lleva muy bien la gestión de entrada y salida por lo que pueden aparecer duplicados algunos.

Airmeet is very easy to use. Its availability in several languages facilitates its integration and flexibility. A wide range of functions is available for an excellent rendering.

Desventajas

Airmeet is certainly ranked among the best scheduling and event management platforms. I don't find any drawbacks for the moment.

We run a 3- 4 day retreat ( event) annually because of pandemic and lockdown restrictions. We decided go run the entire event in the Digital space. We wanted people to feel connected and free to network . We chose event creation service, which meant Airmeet set up the back end of our event and it was worth every penny, the Airmeet team are absolutely amazing, efficient reliable and knowledgeable of the Airmeet platform including upcoming improvements . They helped us set up dry run/ rehearsal to ensure that the team and our speakers had confidence in the platform and also hosted a couple of sessions, they trained us how to use the platform. They were pleasant, supportive so much so that we have been flooded with enquiries about Airmeet from many of our event participants.

The lounge- participants loved the interactivity. Also speed networking. We had a 3 day event and many participants dipped in and out so keep them update on the previous day's activity we used the Arena feature to share the recordings. We liked the magic links and also multiple sessions feature in the conference setup.

Desventajas

The manual log in feels a little clumsy ( not the magic link log in). The Speed Networking feature could be bolder. the 2d reception doesn't feel intuitive - You could use explainer text around what people should do. Help the event organisers navigate their audience - there wasn't room to make bespoke messages.

I had used Airmeet for PACE Entangled in August 2020 and we received positive feedback about people's experience. People loved and still say it was the best online multiple day experience. I also like the fact that they are considerate of low broadband speeds.

Our needs were simple. The product was feature-rich. Our community was used to Zoom and want the simplicity Zoom provided. They did not want to sign up for another product. Ultimately, we listened to them and reverted back to Zoom.

A feature-rich product. The free tier was more than adequate for us.

Desventajas

Unfortunately, Techcelerate [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] community found it too complex to use. This resulted in us reverting back to Zoom and paying for it.

The overall experience has been phenomenal. We used to do a lot of offline meetups and with this pandemic kicking in, it became really difficult for us to replicate that experience for our users.

Airmeet came in as a blessing!

Puntos a favor

Though there are several features to talk about in Airmeet, I love the following ones:

- Virtual tables to enable networking (the real essence of a meetup)
- Global automatic mute when the session starts (unlike other platforms where users can unmute themselves)
- Raise hand: This feature allows us to sort the questions from the audience perfectly!

Desventajas

Currently, there is only one con and I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.

- In the current setup, unlike other products, the speaker/guest doesn't get to see anyone on the screen while talking/presenting. This makes them feel like talking to the mirror:/

I see this as an almost perfect solution - it would be lovely to have more options for third-party integration such as interpretation (other than interpret, you should be able to assign your own interpreters). I little bit more freedom to customise and you're there!

Customisable branding and the table-based discussion space is a superb features. It creates an inclusive, dynamic environment for people -mimicking the networking opportunities of in-person events. It's also great that we can stream in to Airmeet, with no issues a at all

Desventajas

One major reason why I use streamyard to stream into Airmeet is the ability to add banners, and images and control the camera view layout for everyone watching. The way that Airmeet squeezes cameras on screen means people's faces are often cut off and there's nothing we can do to resize people in the meeting. The mobile experience is also very poor - should be prioritising an app for mobile users.

We were hosting a virtual Bunco game and needed a platform that would allow 4 people to "play at a table" and then switch tables at the end of each round. In my day job, my company uses a platform called Remo. They charge $115 for 1 hour with 50 participants. Airmeet allowed us almost all the same features for free, with 100 participants! As a small not-for-profit, that was a huge difference.

The ability to set the table size, add custom pictures to the tables, and ease of moving from table to table.

Desventajas

It would have been nice to be able to customize the look of the lounge and not have it be so dark- but for our purposes it was fine. It was also a little frustrating that when you switched tables, your camera and mic were turned off, so you constantly had to click them back on. Finally, I would have liked to be able to name a co-host or 2 that could also pop into a table to help troubleshoot. Although I named co-hosts, it did not apply in the lounge. We needed to keep the table size at 4 for the game, but I as the host had the ability to still join a table to answer questions. Allowing a few others to do that would have made it easier.

Cost was the number one factor. Remo allowed some customization in colors , but the cost was too expensive and we decided we could live without that. Airmeet met our needs for this event.

Great! From the very beginning the support team was extremely helpful and pricing was more than fair. We got so many compliments from people who participated in the event on how great the platform we chose was.

Easy to learn how to use the software to set up an event. Great customer support. The "networking tables" were the perfect feature for our virtual college fair.

Desventajas

The "networking tables" were not accessible on mobile at the time, which restricted some students from being able to fully access the event. Airmeet is working to make them available on mobile now.

Airmeet was a better fit for the type of event we were hosting. I believe Airmeet is an ideal platform for virtual "trade show"-style events, including college fairs, where there are booths or tables that people walk up to and ask questions.

I think that language could be more flexible, but I understand that you are developing the tool and is a wonderful tool. My students have told me that they would like that the online registration from the phone, could be more user friendly.

Overall Airmeet is a great tool. It provides a fresh and different perspective from the conventional virtual meet softwares. Another advantage was that it was quite stable and worked well on a decent bandwidth.

Unlike other software, the interface of Airmeet is quite modern and interactive. It tries re-creating the offline setup of any event virtually. Further, it is easy to navigate through the different features that increases it's utility.

Desventajas

The software was a bit restrictive with it's structure. I got the opportunity to use it in one of the events and it took some time to get used to.

It's a wonderful way to get the doulas that I train across the country and the globe to get together quarterly. They love the speed networking and the social lounge and the ease of presenting their work. It is helping the community to come together and support one another. It is doing everything that I need.

I love how easy Airmeet is to learn and to use. I don't consider myself to be fabulous with tech, but this makes me feel like a tech genius.

I struggled to easily end an airmeet, but I suppose that's just practice. Finding my way around more.

I loved the product and would definitely recommend it to other colleagues. Video quality can be improved. And option to stream simultaneously to two or more streaming services should be there natively. Today it supports one.

Airmeet is certainly a good product, especially if one tends to use it solely for hosting webinars. With the advent of hybrid events I would recommend the potential users to evaluate further options as Airmeet's current capabilities might not be at par with the demands.

We used Airmeet to host some of our webinars intially and later realised it's ease to use which made us more confident in the product's capabilities.

Desventajas

While this may not be Airmeet's own (controllable) metric, I suppose the streaming quality at times (for some of the event attendees) tends to drop down a few notches midway through the webinars.

It was amazing! We want to connect with people. Pre pandemic, we were doing this through physical events, meetups, and workshops. Post pandemic, this is all virtual, and there is where Airmeet fits in. The experience is very close to that of a physical event, plus you get an international audience which was not possible. I am curious to try how it is in a hybrid setup altough!

I really like the look and feel and the user experience of the platform! The UI/UX is neat and clean; navigating through the dashboard is quite simple, even for first-time users. The actual event experience is also quite rich. Infact even before the event you can go to the lounge area and see how it will look like on the day of the event. The experience on the day of the event is also quite nice!

It is just like you are backstage then you go the frontstage then you go to the networking arena. It is quite close to in person experience. The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.

Desventajas

There is one feature of live streaming. In case you pause the event, the stream is disconnected and the video breaks into two parts. Instead, the streaming engine should stream some dummy stream showing some text like "we will be right back" and connect the new stream when live. Also, I am wondering why is there no direct stream option to LinkedIn? Other than this, the product is quite fantastic!

Overall, it is an excellent platform. It's a lot better to use than Zoom, although the only difference is that you can't see your audience when presenting (you can just see a list of people who have joined the live session).
It's very easy to use and some of the functionality is excellent (social lounge + chat/ questions tabs + backstage checks).

The ease of setting up the platform for an event is great - very intuitive.
Plus, the branding options on the $99 per month version are really good, which is one of the main reasons I chose this, so I could highlight sponsors' involvement (branding available on main page + social lounge tables + presentation backdrops).
The fact that there are separate tabs for 'questions' and 'chat' was really helpful, which meant that speakers could easily answer key questions put to them by attendees without having to sift through the general chat.
The social lounge element is great - a wonderful way of meeting fellow attendees. This was ideal for my charity client, where attendees could video chat with other attendees, speakers and sponsors.

Desventajas

The software didn't seem to work as well on Apple products; some of the speakers using Apple devices had issues when sharing their screens during a presentation. Plus some attendees couldn't hear some of the audio/ couldn't access some sessions after they had started, although when I re-sent the invite link to them, this resolved the issue. I'm sure it is something Airmeet is looking into...

Airmeet has been wonderful for connecting large audiences for events like vendor showcases, state of the company meetings, and large scale collaboration breakdowns with big name brands. My company hasn't been utilizing Airmeet for long (just started due to the majority of the corporation now working remotely) and I'm looking forward to integrating it even more into our workflow.

I love how easy it is to sync Airmeet to Eventbrite. It's very simple to sync Eventbrite registrations to an Airmeet. They utilize private tokens so the whole process feels very secure, and all you have to do is click which event you want to connect to Airmeet and you're basically done! In this day & age of virtual meetings & seminars is such a great tool to use to connect seamlessly with a virtual audience, and the ability to create polls, take questions and streamline Q & A is top notch.

Desventajas

I don't have many complaints, I supposed it would be beneficial to create custom fields for the participants could coem in handy, currently you can only see/add your name, email, company & title.

There are loads of conference platforms competing for this space, but Airmeet is competitively priced, robust and has good features. The 24/7 help lounge is a real customer service plus.

Like all platforms a little time is required for familiarisation, but Airmeet offers some genuine features to attract. Particularly the tables in the lounge, which give attendees a real feel of autonomy and ability to move from conversation to conversation.
Inviting people up on stage is pretty seamless too.
Perhaps the best part is the 24/7 help lounge.

Desventajas

It chews up a good bit more bandwidth than Zoom, and could do with having green screen backdrops to harmonise the feel of all speakers being in the same place.
The recent upgrade so can attend via iPad or mobile is welcome

- 24/7 live customer support
- continuous update/upgrades making the product increasingly valuable and improving the attendee experience
- easy to set up an event
- easy to navigate
- social lounge is awesome

Desventajas

- no way for speakers to see participants while speaking
- unable to set up sessions with the social lounge. Sessions can only be set up with speakers. Please consider that some users use the social lounge for activities and planned discussions as opposed to only networking, so it would be helpful to indicate this in the schedule.

Honestly, I'm extremely happy with their services. One of the best platform for networking, hosting online events and managing communities.

1. Unlimited demo sessions before the actual event. This makes them ahead of the competition by valuing the customers.

2. Customer support - Airmeet's 24*7 support team works like pro-team to help the customers to use the platform without any hassle.

3. Speed networking, Customizable branding, Multi hosts and speakers, social lounge, high-quality HD live broadcast & networking experience and live chat are super cool features which you can't miss out.

Difficulty in access and staying on once in the venue. Have been blocked, lost, unable to get back on the venue, VERY frustrating.

I really like the platform for webinars and digital events. I didn't use all the available features but I'm confident to use Airmeet as my business grows and we can organize bigger online events.

The intuitive and clear user interface and low learning curve are definately big pros.

Desventajas

The free plan offers enough features to get a good feel of Airmeet and to get started. The paid plan could be more affordable than it is now. Airmeet has practically all the features you'll ever need and gives you a headstart when organizing professional events.

The platform has that “wow” factor right from the get-go. The beautiful tables in the lounge is one of their main distinctions! Truly this platform was well built!

Honestly, nothing! I continue to be amazed at the speed of development and their amazing team. They listen to feedback and are quick to implement great ideas!

It is an interesting concept that has not been well thought out. When a company won't answer questions or respond to queries for support, it is usually not a good sign.

I think they are trying to go for a cool, more-socially-centric app to have around than Zoom with breakout rooms.

Airmeet might be good if you were going to, say, teach a handful of seminars a month with a relatively few number of attendees. It also might be good if you were going to teach paid classes where you could make up the $1 per attendee overage fee from signup fees.

Desventajas

1) Super expensive if you want to use it for classroom instruction. I teach 180 students a semester twice a week. By my calculations (found out after the purchase), I would be spending *minimum* over $400 a month just to teach classes on this platform.
2) No mobile platform support. If your students want to join from an iPhone, they cannot do it.
3) Lack of support/communication from the vendor. They will not respond to questions.
