I love that employees have the choice of how they save money...... instantly through the app with Instant Vouchers or with generous cashback. It's so easy to use.
SmartInsights provide instant access to how employees spend through the portal and provide every statistic that we could possibly need to gauge employee engagement.
Desventajas
I don't dislike anything about the software. Reward Gateway are always thinking of innovative and helpful products to enhance employee engagement.

We have 1200 employees working 24/7/365: it's impossible to be on-hand to see all the great things our employees do to create great experiences for our residents.
The BI Platform allows us to capture and share these stories, for all of our employees to see, hear, and feel our Mission In Action!
All 1200 of our teammates can now actively hear stories from parts of our business corners that they might not typically know or hear about - and that helps keep us all better connected, and helps crystalize what each of one of our teammates does to contribute to the whole we deliver.
And perhaps most-importantly, we can now create a storyline for our culture, and illuminate and clarify those norms that we want to be celebrated within our culture: in so doing, we create intimate vignettes of learning moments for all of us, specific images of how we want all of us to "do things around here!"
And that all of it is delivered on a customized and very hip social media platform makes it a fun and contemporary space for our employees to navigate to.

the design was very customizable and the implementation team was helpful.
Desventajas
the app which is how most of our employees access the site, as they are on the road not in an office, does not have the same capabilities as the site on the desktop does. this deters most of our users from utilizing this tool and requires more work for the admin team. i was not aware of the differences before go-live. our team would like to post our own photos to celebrate success in the field. the savings app is completely separate then the company app and that confuses people as well as the savings method is not user friendly.

As a business they are very easy to work with. They are responsive to queries and issues, and their account management is proactive and helpful. Pricing feels fair for the value and quality of the service.

Reward gateway helps us bring all our reward and benefits information into one reward portal. Employees can find out bout all the benefits, including links to the relevant forms, terms and guides. They can also save from a huge selection of discounted sites, and earn cashback, which is very popular. The recognition tool is quick and easy enabling peer to peer recognition and monitored awarding of shopping vouchers for larger achievements. On top of that you get the total reward statement, which shows employees the value of all the rewards and benefits that they enjoy.
Desventajas
I think the format could do with updating. It's not bad but compared to some more whizzy sites it looks a bit static.

Desventajas
The reporting is a bit hit and miss, the data is there the reports just don't run sometimes! The customer support team however is reactive and resolve asap.

The product is constantly being developed and new features introduced. The Smart Spending app is a great place to store all your unused vouchers. Company are very responsive on their online chat function. Normally get a response within 2 minutes, even at the weekend.
Desventajas
Nothing really. Many of the niggles we had with the system when we first signed up have been addressed. The main one was having to plan your spending, which is not always possible. Now with instant vouchers you can buy what you need in the shop and have them instantly available on your smart phone

not much honestly. i wish some of the prices reflecting on the great buys were less than amazon or walmart prices. The great discounts on things are the typical normal prices found online.

Brand Integrity is an excellent product with good customer support. It provides an ongoing recognition system between employee engagement surveys, which helps keep the topic of engagement and satisfaction in front of supervisors and employees all year. The major limitation is that it is a technology solution, and many of our LTC employees do not use or have regular access to technology every day.

Fairly easy to navigate. Robust reporting. Allows easy drill-down reporting in a large organization. Fairly intuitive especially for folks who are familiar with platforms like Facebook.
Desventajas
It is better for folks who work at a desk all day, and is limited for folks who work on the floor. The tech support is not quite as robust as sales makes it out to be, but it is still solid support. The price point is very high for the ROI.

The software is fine, the problem comes when one has an issue. We have as a company waited 3 days and we still don't have a resolution. That in itself is fine but the zero communication is not.

Lack of communication around support. Our system has been down for 5 days and no communication at all.

We love that we can set up rewards for our employees like the Birthday Gift that automatically occurs on their birthday! It's so easy and is such a nice way to recognize them individually without having to do all the work!!! We also love that Reward Gateway keeps track of the employees' anniversaries! The employees love getting recognized for their achievements, so the cards and gifts are always well received by the staff!
Desventajas
The least favorite thing is the inability to make self-edits to employee profiles. Name changes etc... must be done through customer support. When creating new recognitions/awards these too must be created by customer service.

Easy to recognize colleagues even when its not with a monetary value, and the Applause Wall is very inspirational. I like that all employees have 3 Spotlight awards to issue as previously we have never had this option and it really makes an impact. The videos are short so easy to watch and understand. I found the site so easy to navigate and didn't have trouble finding anything.

Xexec Applause was recently rolled out at my company to encourage recognition of employees and colleagues in a new and improved format which makes it easier to reward and praise colleagues.
The layout of the site is very easy to use and navigate and i found it really easy to find what i was looking for, i also found a wealth of information on the different rewards and recognitions that could be given and which roles could give which rewards and values. I enjoyed the profile which was easy to fill in and showed at easy glance what awards and balances i have.
Special praise should go to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in customer services who quickly helped me when i was initially finding i was getting an error message when trying to access the site. She quickly sorted this for me and i have had no issues since.
Desventajas
I think the Applause Wall could do with some different images just to keep things looking interesting and not samey when scrolling through. Could we add our own photos? More photos needed in the options for profile pictures. When looking at the vouchers page, i found it difficult to understand that the monetary values that you could claim were listed above the voucher themselves. I thought where it said £10, 50 it meant you could claim £10.50 rather than values of £10 and £50.

The site is great to use as both an administrator but also as employee. The security function as an admin is great but receiving a text message each time I log in.

It can be frustrating that two tabs open when being redirected from the main reward gateway site to the site of the shop that you are looking to shop on.

Recognizing and Celebrating achievements of the team and peers, It has comments and likes just like facebook or Linkedin, any one in our company can see the achievements once recognized.

The setup is to select the Brady Values, but sometimes we may not be able to use it when we recognize tenure.

Thanks for the top mark review of SmartHub. It¿s great to hear that you find it works really well within your organisation.
A lot of our traffic comes from mobile these days, so it¿s important that the user experience is really high in that area. We¿re further enhancing the mobile experience when we launch the SmartSpending¿ app in July, which you¿ll be sure to hear about.
I hear you on some offers being quite low. We do push our retailers to give us the most generous offering that¿s attainable. Some retailers work to such low margins that the room for discount is quite minimal. We try to make the best call whether to list an offering if it¿s on the smaller side - it helps if it¿s a popular brand!

I love how easy Fond is to navigate! There are so many options for all kind of people! I love how many different gift card options there are. I personally used my points towards an airbnb gift card for one of my trips!! It is very convenient and fast that the gift card is sent to your email!
Desventajas
Some products are super expensive.. I feel like they should be slightly discounted? I know would use it towards something other than a gift card if products were cheaper. But I understand you wouldn't make any money if you did!

Its an easy and convenient way to recognize co-workers for a job well done, a birthday, work anniversary or for just being a great person to work with.
Desventajas
Need more categories for recognition of co-workers.

Ease of use and employee interface are strong attributes of this program. Additionally, the "like" feature has allowed employees the opportunity to acknowledge a recognition without having to write a comment - which I think is a nice add on.
Desventajas
It is not clear what your balance is for points until you go under redeem, it would be nice if they were highlighted in both the profile and redeem points.

A great tool to say Thank You to others company wide and a nice reward system to be able to cash in points for yourself!

Very easy to navigate and use. A wonderful tool to recognize other employees for going the extra mile and helps us to be very aware of the internal customer service that we are giving. And the rewards page has a large variety of items that you are able to chose from when cashing in your points.
Desventajas
Being an employee who uses it to recognize other employee's, I have not found a downside yet
