The system is of extreme efficiency in terms of workflow and business process automation. Automatic matching of property listings to clients’ requests is a huge time saver! The CRM algorithms ensure that property owners get timely and detailed system-generated reports upon each property viewing and every potential client is provided with a fresh presentation of properties matching their request on a daily basis. We can now create a rental or a sales contract right from its ready-made template with just a couple of clicks and send it right away from the CRM built-in mailbox. After we integrated APRO CRM with our website, we started to get current statistics on our website visitors and can now pick new leads from online forms, calls from website, and live messenger. Keeping in touch with any client overseas is no longer a problem either — we use the built-in external CRM messenger and employ APRO CRM IP phone to call both local and foreign phone lines. Although not all the international providers can yet be found on the list, APRO CRM tech team got some new ones connected for us in just a couple of days. The CRM has a nearly unlimited potential in terms of workflow automation: task management, appointment schedules and commission sharing are no longer a challenge. We usually get quite a lot of new listings weekly and have a huge constant flow of new potential clients, which can make any human error in lead processing a fatal one.
