I've had a great experience being a BLAB user over the years. The company keeps adding new features and updating existing ones, meaning they are very responsive to customer needs and bugs that come up. I appreciate their growth strategy and attention to customer service, and know the booking and scheduling side of my business is in good hands! And it's great that I can use the software for more than just one-on-one meetings. It can do a lot.

BLAB is reliable and just works. What may be most exciting about the software from my perspective is the ability to set up a variety of individual and group services (appointments, classes, events) and easily take bookings and get paid. The company keeps adding features and improving things, and the customer service is top notch. This is software I trust and have done for 5+ years now.
Desventajas
It can be less than intuitive to customize booking and reminder emails. In the past I've had to do text bookings just to make sure I was getting what I thought I'd be getting.

It allows me to take payments and create group offerings. One of the things that is challenging when you have group offerings is to create easy follow-up reminders. Book like a Boss does it all!
Desventajas
I can't think of anything. I seriously looked for 2 years with intensive research to replace Calendly and then I found Book Like a Boss and it knocked it out of the park.

A solid option for a booking system

I like that it is easy to set up, I was able to use a Zap to integrate it with ConvertKit, and that it automatically creates meetings in Zoom
Desventajas
I don't like that the pages aren't fully customizable. You are locked into the design. I have a workaround where I embed the booking function onto my own page, but I would prefer if I could do it straight in Book Like A Boss. Also, the emails aren't very customizable either.

My biggest need was to allow my clients to schedule different types of appointments with me. While there are multiple other booking tools that exist, this was the only that allows me to sync with all 6 of my email addresses for pulling my availability and to schedule to just the one that is relevant to this business. While that's why I had initially went with BLAB, their implementation of how good the booking pages look, embeds, reminders, custom fields, reschedule as top notch. And they keep coming up with new features that are actually useful. They have fantastic support, and a very active and helpful user community on Facebook. Great company and great product. I have also set up my wife when she started her Nutritionist business.
Desventajas
I'm still waiting for them to give us a proper CRM :)

I love BLAB

So I want to start out by saying that I am a coach and mentor and I also have digital products as well as the need for people to book time on my calendar with certain products and services. So my needs are not only specific, but varied. So now on to what I love-- I've been with BLAB since 2020 as a recommendation and I love it. My favorite thing is def the supporter support. You can tell that the team is dedicated to making this a fab product and helping support their clients, which is not always the case with these types of products.
Desventajas
As my business started to grow and scale and my needs changed, I have noticed some missing features IE not being able to set a max amount of calls/appointments on my calendar on a daily basis across all of my products and there's not option for clients to update their payment info for payment plans, which means I have to manually do it. For me, BLAB still works, but I would like to see more of these options so I'm not manually having to be in the scheduling or backend part of my biz as much.

As a service business I have services that cost different amounts and take different amounts of time to complete. Book Like A Boss has been the only software I've used so far that I was able to easily customize not only the prices but the length of times that each service took for my clients and space out the appointment booking accordingly and automatically.
Desventajas
I wish there was an app version of the booking page that your clients could download and book you right on their phone. Also, I wish it was easier to track transactions and able to export all the appointments for a client for each year.

I love that Book Like a Boss supports me as a business owner. It takes care of all of my scheduling needs and send reminders to clients. It automatically books the appointments on my calendar and this is extremely valuable!
Desventajas
When I first started using Book Like A Boss, there was not a Mobile app. This May no longer be the case. I would love to use a mobile app!

I use Book Like A Boss primarily as a way to receive payments from clients. With their recent integration with the company, Clover, they really stand out. Super easy to setup different types of payments with differing subscriptions or times of payment.I haven't used them as a scheduler, but will definitely look into this. I see their platform as having many options and details that other simply don't.
Desventajas
There isn't much not to like with BLAB. They innovate regularly. I love them.

To be honest, if you are a startup with zero revenue, and no funding, or if you are a multi-million dollar company, just use Book like a boss. Honestly, every thing a software can do, this service does.
Desventajas
There are a few ideas I shared with this team, and they didn't do it yet, but I can understand its not easy for any company to do what every user suggests. But, my ideas were really able to help others too.

So much more efficient and professional for clients to be able to self-schedule their series of 3 appointments with me as well as to pay on-line!! Previously I was connecting with prospective clients via phone to schedule them and collect payment which often took a lot of time and effort to connect real-time. BLAB is a much better solution!

Desventajas
Needed several rounds of tweaking to get it working correctly - had to work with my business coach as well as BLAB. I'm not especially tech savvy so this is to be expected - so worth the implementation effort! Biggest issue I've had is BLAB not recognizing blocked days on my calendar? Had 7-8 new clients book during 2 blocked travel days and it was not a great first impression to have to rebook them all.

I got in to BLAB during their launch, so I'm grandfathered in with a good rate. BLAB does everything the more well-known scheduling platforms do. I can tweak settings to exactly how I want them.
Desventajas
The interface is still so old looking. They just updated their booking interface for customers, and it is still uglier than calendly and the like. The one thing I wish BLAB would do is hire someone who knows how to design good looking interfaces. Also, after all these years, they still haven't created a mobile UI for my dashboard. Weird!

BLAB has made booking our time a breeze and has also improved our sales numbers. The site we created for our business (Company Plan) sells itself with testimonials, videos, and about us sections. It really is a spectacular product and the best booking site on the market.

The customizability of the booking pages is where this software shines. It is beautiful, intuitive, and offers so many options that you really could use it as the homepage for your business. It allows booking free appointments, products (with credit card payments), and even subscriptions.
Having About Me, Testimonials, Videos, Photos, and a Google Map on the booking page - with all colors and fonts customizable - is a game changer. I really can't say enough good things about BLAB.
And the customer support is spectacular.[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the rest of the team are INCREDIBLE. They are responsive, quick to implement changes, and are always improving the product. We came from Acuity to BLAB and will never go back. Never.
Desventajas
There's really nothing we don't like. In a market full of booking programs, BLAB stands head and shoulders above the rest.

This software was a huge upgrade in my capacity to take on clients, schedule meetings, and prepare Zoom Video conference rooms. It immediately improved my business flow, and has been seamless integration as I expand my client base. Thanks BLaB!

Email automation - Each client immediately gets email automation, including option to reschedule or cancel their session without needing to directly contact me.
Easy to use booking system - Lots of options for me on the backend, to set my hours and dates I am unavailable. Easy to use booking system for the user to find a date and time that works for them.
Embed options - Work like a charm.

For the last few years this software has done everything I need it do. No cons I can think of

My biggest challenge was not putting all my offers in front of one visitor. I have 3 different client avatars and they don't all need to see the same things. With the ability to create unlimited offers/landing pages, I could create distinct offers, with distinct links for the right clients. That was such a needed feature for me.

With Book Like A Boss, I don't have to worry about scheduling appointments, selling my services, or creating my booking page from scratch. This is an all-in-one solution for me to be able to land more clients and get more sales. I can create unlimited offerings and landing pages, and I can sell physical products, digital items, or even my skills. This is so much more than a booking platform!
Desventajas
The only thing I would like for them to add is the ability to create distinct terms and conditions for different types of offerings because although there are common themes all of my offerings are not universal.

The ability to have one stop shopping allows me to send contracts and payment links to clients and then I can embed the scheduling link to automatically appear once they pay and receive the thank you for payment message. It created a seamless workflow and saved me a lot of time with the back and forth of scheduling and paying. I also love the ability to have the automatic and manual bookings so that I can decide whether to accept the appointment and respond with a message as to why I might want to reschedule. My clients love the way the system works and have also indicated they have looked into becoming customers of Book Like a Boss.

Easy to use, easy to set up, easy to customize, decent price, great service, always improving. I can easily preview my changes, copy links and paste back and forth into texts and emails on the go from my ipad or cell phone. I can make all changes to my account easily through mobile devices. I travel quite a bit so having to wait to return to my desktop computer is not always efficient in running a business. I love the flexibility of being able to use this system from any device. The integration of multiple payment systems was a wonderful improvement and it allowed me to put all of my scheduling and booking needs in one place. The customization feature also allowed me to have a consistent branding approach.
Desventajas
I would love to be able to connect more than one type of credit card merchant. I use both square and stripe and am limited to using one in this system. Not a big deal but not ideal.

BLAB has been a game changer for my business. I am able to easily make bookings, cancel/reschedule, etc. Best part? It syncs with Zoom so a unique zoom link is always generated whenever someone books a call with me.

I have been using BLAB for years now and it's amazing!!! It completely changed the way I take bookings. I love the fact that it has a 2 way sync so I can easily block a time slot on my calendar and it's automatically blocked via BLAB. Also, their support is amazing and makes sure to solve any issues you have
Desventajas
Nothing so far. It's been a breeze to use. They do not have a mobile app but I work mostly from my laptop so that's not a problem for me.

I recommend Book Like a Boss to everyone that needs a schedule. It's easy to use, tutorials are perfectly done and easy to execute.
I love the booking page, the customizable (branded) links, the rendezvous and the products that we can sell through this software.
We can embed calendars on our website and customize the look.
I love the reminders that are sent to our customers previously to our rendezvous that reduces the "no show".
And lately, the AWESOME feature of fully customized dates makes me sing!!
And lastly, the possibility to create events and sell places makes this tool THE TOOL!
I recommend it to my community!

The app it's not fully in french yet. Some parts are translated but not everything.

I used to spend a ton of time scheduling meetings over email, trying to collect payment, and setting up zoom calls. Now I can share my book like a boss links and people can choose the product and appointment time that's right for them and works within my schedule, and everything is set up automatically. Don't have to mess around with zoom calls, they can reschedule if they need to, I can reschedule them if I need to, and payment is collected at the time that they booked. Now if anybody asks "hey can I book an appointment with you" or "do you have an audit that I can take" or "can I get a coaching call" I can just send them the link and I don't have to spend all this time negotiating over email.

It's so easy for clients to use to book appointments, audits, and coaching calls. I love that it allows free calls, coupons, and prepayment upon booking. It's helped me get rid of tire kickers and attract serious clients because of the payment feature. Rescheduling is extremely easy for the owner and clients. The zoom integration creates scheduled zoom calls for the bookings automatically, saving me so much time! The automatic appointment reminders have cut down on no-shows!
Desventajas
The scheduling is a little hard to do with the sliders. I'd love to see all the schedules at a glance instead of having to open each product or appointment to see it's individual schedule if I want to make adjustments.
