I like the software because it’s easy to use and keep track of my jobs.

Sometimes Bugs happen that make the software hard to use but does go away pretty quickly

If as sold quotes, pictures and integration with QuickBooks.

Text zip code not even from this state, No way to set up call back reminders, Herd to find and access open quotes. No account executive to address issues with.

The app manages all your documents and pictures and client Info in one place which is nice

The app is slow. Do you why is horrible. And the message board on the app is the absolute worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. Trying to tag the right people becomes tedious and very annoying. I really don’t like how when someone puts a new message on my messages it shows me the original message then when I click on that message it doesn’t take me to the same thread just drive straight to the bottom of the messages.

The amount features you can use far exceed our previous platforms

The layout of the site was something we were used to so it took a little longer to get up to speed

The platform provides a number of tools for handling tasks, processes, and finances, with an emphasis on streamlining operations and boosting efficiency.

Cost: AccuLynx can be an expensive purchase for smaller companies, especially those with tighter finances. The cost structure of the platform is dependent on the number of users, which can add up fast for companies with bigger teams.

What this program does best is integrate with the Sale Supply companies to generate an amazing estimate.

Its takes someone with technical computer savvy to set the system up to work optimally. Tracking Sales People and using the calendar is not my favorite thing.

The ease of use and the mobile app since I’m on the field most of the time .

The price monthly is slightly high, however this product help me take in more volume of work with less stress of being organized.

It's better than what I've use in the past.

To early to say. I am a brand new user of this web based software.

Acculynx is an amazing tool to utilize to keep all jobs streamlined.

We are not able to integrate Sage 300 that our accounting department uses at the moment, but hopefully soon that will be possible.

All of the features allowing for a seamless automation and smooth workflow

Overall there are many features but some of the premium items are additional to the cost of the membership.

I like being able to view a file in its entirety. In addition, being able to upload docs, pics, etc while at the job site. I am still navigating through all of the options available. And the customer support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] scheduled training's to being able to reach support from the dashboard is huge for me. I am NOT tech savvy.

A few issues I was having include: photos would rotate and condense when I attempted to draw on them, only able to create 1 estimate in the system (will be addressing with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] on next training) , and I would really like for the calendar / events to have the availability to scroll down (currently I have to shrink screen to 68% to see the save box) and this is also true when I submitted the idea through Acculynx, that window did not allow for scrolling.

Once it is set up correctly the sky is the limit. It saves so much time when it is setup right that as one person i can turn out the work of four easily. it has checks and balances. every feature i was asking about has now been created, and implemented.

I wish there was a way to remove OR EDIT the standard AccuLynx material and labor items. They cause a lot of issues. They are not useful or helpful. If they were removed from my library and system the templates and estimates would be flawless. if i am searching for an item and it finds the AccuLynx item then it is not linked to anything it doesn't have a price and it has to be changed. it is frustrating.

there needs to be a way to forward an email from AccuLynx that was sent thru AccuLynx.

This is by far the best and easiest to use software for running a roofing company. It really helps you keep everything so organized and on schedule and with the ability to always quickly have everything you need. It has been critical to take business to the next level.

Really no complaints with this, some things may take longer to figure out how to fully take maximum advantage of but it really can do everything I need it to.

Easy to use and very user friendly. I like how the system looks and puts everything in front of you to see on a daily basis. It makes it easier to plan my day.

At first they did not have the ability to do automated tasks. They have since implemented that which has made our jobs easier.

Very easy way to keep your organization organized and on task

A lot of new features are coming out but I feel it’s behind in the times with some technology that is used in other Crm’s.

Very impressed with task management, template management and ease of estimate creation.

The mobile app is pretty lousy. It’s exceedingly slow, buggy, and has a poor overall layout.

I love how integrated everything is and how much it talks with itself. There are so many great integrations with various softwares.

There seems to be a few breaks in the chain where things dont immediately update in other places, the system is very basic for the cost, and there is very little customization

The functions that the software offers are very vast. Very easy to use. There are multiple layers and it is fun to explore and peel back the capabilities each week through our training calls with Dave.

No cons. Maybe just that we joined and then they offered other upgrades shortly after. I said something and they said they would give me the sale rate after we do our training.

The automations and integrations are bar none.

I don't like that most admin tasks cannot be done from the app. I am always on the go and I need functionality from a mobile device.

I really like the field app for adding the photos, and scanning documents. That is awesome. I used to use cams canner and now I do not :) Job tracking is easy.

Not able to add additional adjuster names/numbers. We are usually dealing with a field Adjuster and a desk adjuster not to mention new adjuster on claim. I would also like to see data only need to be added once, then be able to be added in other functions such as subcontractors/vendors. They could be added in vendors, directory and contacts by adding info 1 time? Also, it would be nice to edit orders without having to clear all progress but not sure what all the other bad stuff is that could happen.

The Field side of this software works well, scheduling the jobs, managing subcontractors, and job site coordination. The CRM side of this software enhances the project experience for the customers and streamlines the process for our staff.

The integration with Quickbooks is not ideal. It does not transfer data back and forth with customers already in Quickbooks. Therefore, you end up with duplicate customers. The customer setup in Acculynx does not match the setup in Quickbooks so customer information is transferred over oddly plus, it does not list the physical address in the customer setup but only lists a project # (i.e. if the project owner is for a company their name and address is transferred but if the work was completed at an address that is managed by the company it only lists that as a project #) so when you are searching for a customer you have to go into each project # to figure out which is the correct address. This is also true for commercial projects where you have a project owner and a different physical address.) Finally, the invoicing and payments processes are clunky and add additional work than the current process in Quickbooks.

I absolutely love knowing my clients information is totally accessible in such an immediate cellular format as simple as my cellphone. I do most of my infield work at a moment’s notice, set an appointment, update files, send an email or text spontaneously. It’s an on-the-go priceless tool to have on my side! Our statewide office staff, managers, supervisors, owners & entire sales staff utilize Acculynx in such a way that makes us feel that we are all located in the same small town USA office! My jobs get done timely & flawlessly thanks to you Acculynx!

Well there is a lot of great ideas and solutions here . Innovative . Cutting edge.

That your data is not all going to be available for download if you want to switch… the data is the most valuable asset… so options are leave what you can’t get ….. or plan on having at least 1 seat for life.

that fact that we can upload from the job site and that our reporting is included in the software

It is geared more towards sales and less towards job completion. Also, too many different calendars for any business with less than 10 employees. I really wish that the calendar to schedule sales was better. I know you didn't reinvent the wheel because it syncs to Google calendars, but the idea is to have one go to spot. We would like to be able to view the calendar in the app instead of having to log in using our web browser. Also, we are excited to see what kind of updates come with the new production additions. We hope to use this software to communicate with our crews and not have to build folders.

it is easy to use and user friendly. training videos are available to help new users.

the programmers do not understand accounting or take that into account when they make changes which have caused problems for us.
would like to be on a user committee that reviews or tests changes before they are made to ensure no accounting issues.
changes are made without notification.
permissions/restrictions are very vague so it is difficult to restrict users.
