Feedier results in very attractive survey/polls that are a little bit different to your standard Surveymonkey-style survey. When I say different I mean in a good way, as Feedier is likely to appeal far more to visitors than a boring survey form.
There's a lot I liked about the user-interface. Adding questions and adjusting settings is relatively straight forward, although there are a few tweaks that I feel would improve this somewhat (see below).
The support has always been top class from Feedier and it is clear that this is a company that is passionate about creating a product that will be loved by its users. This makes a pleasant change from the often faceless mega corps.
The analytics side of things is good, although I do think it is one area that could be improved and I am sure it is something that the developers will be working on over the coming months and years.

Although I mentioned above that I like the user-interface, I do find that there are some settings that are buried away and are not necessarily intuitive to find. I think there are also times when too many clicks are required to dig down to where you want to be, although I suspect some of these usability tweaks will be forthcoming in future versions.
Another problem I did have was that I was being forced into using some of the gamification-style features when the kind of audience I interact with would not appreciate such 'fun' features.

- For some clients, the playful look and feel of the surveys are phenomenal, for others they may be a bit too fancy. I would like to have different templates with cleaner and more professional versions.
- It would be great to have the ability to disable unnecessary extra information like "last question" and "you're the fastest respondent".
- Furthermore, I like to display the ratings and the answers to the feedback surveys on my website in a comprehensive but clean way. At the moment it is only possible to display the overall rating.
I've heard that they are working on each of this cons. After implementation this software will be perfect for my needs!!
They are very personable. They are working hard to make it a great platform. They are willing to hear feedback. And so far they seem intent on sticking with it to make it the "go to" platform for feedback.

I think it's important that you get feedback from new products that people have paid for. This feedback gives you an immediate reality check on whether you've hit the mark or not. Of course that assumes you are measuring what matters most to the customer. Feedier makes it easy to set up any questions you want.

Im wanting more integration with my other platforms. For example, I want to be able to have a WordPress widget that will rotate my testimonials on a page. I want to be able to tag those testimonials and have the widget only display testimonials with a certain tag so they are pertinent to the topic. That said, I also want to direct the person to write testimonials that appeal to a theme. Right now I cant do that. For example I want to be able to have a question that says "What is different in your life now that you are using X product-service?" and I might want a question like "What would you tell someone who is on the fence about X product-service?" the answer to these are unique and would be used in only in the appropriate page on my website depending on the "proof" Im trying to convey.
I love the survey presentation is professional, mobile-friendly, and customized to use with my clients.

You have the option of white-labeling the survey to make it look like a custom solution (great for agencies).
Feedier integrates into Zapier which opens up many possibilities for alerting team members and stakeholders and recording data.
It's incredibly easy to ask happy customers to post a review on a review site like TripAdvisor, Amazon, Google, Facebook, and the list goes on.
This one is the best...Feedier gives you the ability to reward your customer AFTER they submit their feedback (so you're not bribing your customers to leave a review) in the form of a voucher, downloadable asset, a coupon, etc.

There are some parts of the survey I would like to customize but currently don't have the option of altering.
The language to describe what certain features do is sometimes hard to understand because they are not written clearly, therefore, it makes it hard to see the value of a feature.

The easy to set up carriers for surveys. You have the ability to pick from the style of question from multiple choice to short text, long text, likely to less likely. They do have multiple templates to choose from or you can build your own. You can select who get what question based on how they answer another question. The functionality is great.

Simply put, if you are in business, you need this. Period. You going to use this tool and if you not asking for customer feedback, your business won't have a future. These guys have put something together that has flipped the feedback industry onto its head!

There are few glitches like the 10 stars being 9 in a row and then 1 on the next line on my phone but on the whole, this is really slick.
The promised downloadable survey turns out to be a poorly formatted PDF with a QR code on it rather than a printable survey which suggests it takes less than 1 minute*s* to complete online.
I am still trying to implment it and will see how it goes.

I was looking for an app that would let me implement quizes and online surveys as a way of lead capture (vs ebooks). And although this is not what Feedier was designed for, it lets me do this with great ease.

Some of the costomization is lacking, or example, I cannot change the wave background which the founder says is needed to make their look consistent but it doesn't make their clients sites consistent. Isn't it enough to have a Powered by Feedier at the bottom of each page? I wich they would let us remove that wavey background.

I like that I can reach my audiences through email, sms and other ways. I like that I can create different feedback forms for each of the programs that I run. I like that I can reward my clients and get them to take action on different things that I need done in return for a reward. I also love that there's so much more to Feedier and that the possibilities are many and varied. I'm looking forward to learning how to use the program effectively. Customer support is also very efficient.

It was difficult to use in the beginning. There are some really confusing pieces to putting a carrier together. I went onto YouTube to find tutorial videos and eventually found my way around certain problems...but there were one or two things that I tried to do that didn't work and I didn't know where to turn when I faced the problem.
I first started using feedier because of the features it provides. Then I found out how user friendly it was and I believe the strongest asset of Feedier is its support and the ability to get what the customers want and integrate it into their software. I believe it is one of the first times I feel like being heard from the Software Development team. When I first joined the software, one of the features did not work as expected and the development team fixed it in the following releases.

I like very much that it is very intuitive and has a very user friendly UI. I did not have any prior experience with similar software and I got to create my review within minutes. I also like very much the support which is really there to assist.

The FAQs section is not very populated in the website. However the chat support covers any cases you do not find online. Sometimes the chat support is not lightning speed (it is a bit slow) but they always come back with a reply on the email.
It solved my big problem that I reward my feedback was with coupon or a money or else a downloadable items.

The support is great and they are trying to to do there best to accomodate customer's requests but there is a problem with the QA. In one case they translated the whole flow to Hebrew but I found few bugs such as label that were not translated (I was told they will be translated the next version and they did but there were few more which were not translated), Direction of language.
They should pay attention to check the whole flow.
I'm sure they have the capability to do that.

Feedier is extremely easy to use for all people involved. Whether you are creating a survey or completing a survey the entire process is a breeze. Feedier offers a variety of options such as offering rewards for completing the survey or encourage users to offer reviews and testimonials on various sites. Previously all of these components were separate and a lot of manual work was involved. Now everything is automated and most importantly it is a more pleasant experience for people who complete the survey.

The user interface is clearly geared towards a younger audience with vibrant colors and plenty of emojis. While these are great in many cases I would like to have the option for a more "serious" template in some cases for some corporate clients.

It's not yet completely mobile friendly, although they are aware of this and I believe currently working on getting the bugs out so it is completely mobile friendly, so that should be fixed soon. The reports could be improved, and a few small additional features (which are already in the pipeline) will make this app really stand out.
I can't discribe how awesome this tool is and how useful it'll be for my business.

They are moving very quick and have remedied every con since I signed up.
For example they didn't have a WordPress plugin, and now they do.

Honestly I don't see any negatives. And the best part is that even if you'll find some bugs, I'm sure the team will fix them very quickly.
I was lucky enough to buy a lifetime deal for Feedier, and I must say is one of the best money I have spent in the last years.
Before I used various form plugins in Wordpress to collect customers's feedbacks.
It worked and it was maybe more flexible, but it was really tedious to build the survey form, especially if you're not a skilled programmer.
Now everyone in the company can build easily one and collect helpful data, well organized and analyzed.

After launched my application Vendorsync into closed beta testing, I needed a way to collect user feedback and it needed to be more professional than a google form. Feedier easily exceeded my expectations by offering smart surveys that could redirect people based on their survey results. If a user provided an outstanding review, we can send them directly to a review site. At the same time, if they left a poor review, we could redirect them to our support team to see how we could improve their experience.

I enjoy using Feedier and I hope that they fix a few of their issues. It is very simple to use for the most part and if you've ever used a survey platform before you can probably get your first survey up and running in less than 20 minutes.

The think that I like least about this software is that it is limited to certain browsers. This means that some people will attempt to take your survey and just get a blank screen / an error message, which from my experience has discouraged them from taking the survey. You can see that they tried because it has a survey response that took "0:00" to fill out, and they didn't answer any questions.

I find it pretty straight forward to use and with a feature set that really meets my needs for quick and easy surveys/polls.
It isn't a direct replacement for a tool like Survey Monkey, but it does offer a format this, in many ways, more attractive and could well result in a far higher response so in that respect it could be a real winner.
