Social intranet & digital workplace for Office 365

Synigo Pulse seamlessly integrates into Office 365 and leverages its functionality. The design and functionality blends perfectly into the Office 365 ecosystem. If your organization commits to Office 365, then Synigo Pulse will help to unleash its full potential. In short: what I like most is that it truly integrates very well into Office 365.

There's nothing I truly dislike about Pulse. It just works. If I have to name something, it's probably the social aspect of the News-module (being able to comment on news-articles). This is a Yammer-connected service, but somehow you can 'feel' that Yammer is not a native Microsoft-product. The Yammer-connector sometimes fails, preventing users from getting social on News-articles. But Synigo is already addressing this issue.
User adoption of office 365

Possibility to set it up as wished, user can also change his own information. Great in giving the most needed information in office 365
Puntos en contra
Sometimes loading of the content is slow. A new release had helped solve this problem. Sometimes the information does not display correctly.
More interaction: employees share their knowledge or reply on questions. Information is up to date and easy to find.

The product was ready to use in 1 day. Easy, social, organisation/personal settings, based on Office 365, starting point. SAAS, so we are always up to date. The support helpdesk: fast and cooperative

To react on newstopics they use Yammer and this works not good. It is not possible to tag a person in the timeline.

The use of the proven technology Umbraco instead of creating and maintaining a custom CMS is a good choice.

It is an extra layer on top of Office 365. So there is always a delay before new functionality is available for end users.
Office 365 no longer seems a box of separate apps, but Synigo Pulse helps to 'glue' all the pieces together into one integrated piece of functionality.
