Desventajas
I can't think of anything that I didn't like about VFairs. They were professional, kind, courteous, on-time and created exactly what we needed. They were able to take what was in my head and put it into a lovely platform and virtual conference center.

vFairs offered a customized package to fit our unique needs. The staff have been incredibly supportive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They always listen to our needs and work to come up with great solutions for all of our events. My customer success manager, [sensitive content hidden], has always been responsive, helpful, and ensures everything is going well. My project manager, [sensitive content hidden], is always incredibly prompt in handling my requests and makes sure that all of our needs are met.
Desventajas
I cannot really say that there is anything I don't like.

After spending weeks preparing for a live 8 AM launch, the platform was not ready on the day of the event. Presenters couldn't get into booths, attendees couldn't get into sessions, the majority of our attendees left.
As things were breaking at 8 AM, our dedicated support person left us, leaving us to re-explain our situation mutiple times.
Nobody ever explained what went wrong with the event, leaving our event team with no answers for the attendees. 3 weeks later, still no explanation.
We signed up and paid for multiple functionalities that never got set up, including chat rooms accessible from the booths, a leaderboard. There's no process to ensure that you get what you paid for.
The lesson I learned from this experience: Expect to be abandoned on the day of the event. We would have been better off with a platform that worked. vFairs is still overwhelmed and struggles to deliver on what it promises.

The sales and service promises made before the event sounded very convincing. The team acted as if they knew how to support a live event.
The parts of the platform that we could access ourselves worked, but only a small portion of the platform was available to us.
Desventajas
It took 6 weeks to sign a contract with vFairs.
Every part of the platform out of our direct control broke on the day of the event. Sessions did not start on time, wrong versions of session videos were played, users were unable to access chat rooms, exhibitor booths weren't working.
We had complaints about the day-of-event help desk support from attendees in email, on social media, and within the event chat itself.
Project management was poor: multiple contracted features were only set up after the end of the live event or not at all.
Training is poor; the vendor used other events currently in production to show us functionality and did not have materials that we could share with exhibitors and attendees.
Response time is poor: we've spent almost two weeks waiting for a response to our current issues with no answers to missing features and functions.

It was fantastic, and our event went off without a hitch! The platform has the ability to do email sends, surveys, and more, which saved my marketing team from having to do those themselves. Our whole team, and even our customer speakers raved about the support from the vfairs team, and how well the event ran.

The support provided by the vFairs project team was phenomenal. They were incredibly responsive and very helpful with setting up our event. The day of, they were with us every step of the way, including in the sessions.

Some things were really only configurable on the back end, but because their team was so capable, they were able to get whatever we needed done.

Overall, we have had a very positive experience with vFairs. Our Project Manager took so many things off our plates that we would have had to handle directly ourselves with other apps, that it ended up creating a huge improvement in our work quality of life!

, our Project Manager, has been an outstanding support. She frequently astonishes us with the speed with which she responds to our requests.We previously used Pathable as our mobile app, prior to its being sunsetted by Community Brands. We loved it, and it was heartbreaking when they shut it down. But our heartbreak has been tempered because while vFairs isn't perfect, it's an outstanding app that has a very user-friendly back-end that makes updating the app a breeze. On top of that, [sensitive content hidden]
helps take care of a lot of the data entry work that we would otherwise have done ourselves with any other app, which has been a real boon, freeing up time in our schedules for other work around our events.The fact that vFairs can link up with Cvent (which we have used as our registration platform for ages) is also a HUGE plus. I frequently say that Cvent has the best customer service of any organization I have ever worked with. But vFairs definitely gives them a run for their money - they are neck and neck for the top spot!
Desventajas
The app itself is a little clunky on the user side. Also, pairing up the QR codes from the attendees we imported to vFairs from Cvent, with the name badges that we generated directly out of Cvent.While to some extent this was an issue we didn't adequately communicate to our attendees, they also expressed confusion and frustration with the QR code scanning, as they didn't understand that for them to connect the information in their vFairs app profiles with sponsors, exhibitors, and other attendees, they had to scan WITHIN the app, rather than simply using their phone/device cameras to scan the codes. It makes sense to us, having worked in the back end of the app and understanding what information is connected to what, but it took a fair amount of explaining to get that across to our attendees.

Overall, our experience with vfairs was great. The is consistent support and guidance. We met with our account manager weekly for months and they were always attentive and supportive of our needs. Truly an amazing company with wonderful people! I would recommend the to anyone who needs to plan a virtual or hybrid event.

Vfairs offers an account manager to step you through the entire event planning process on their platform. They help support you as much as you need. When we were new to virtual event planning, vFairs coached us and guided us to help us make the best possible plan for our event.
Desventajas
Our event planning sometimes is a little complex and there were some hiccups that we would have liked to avoid but all in all - it was not anything that would dissuade us from continuing to use vfairs for all of our virtual or hybrid events in the future.

I very much appreciated that the attentiveness given to our organization as we prepared for our event. The quick turnaround time on requests made regarding the landing page and website was incredible. The project managers assigned to us were insightful and creative. I loved how the vFairs team made themselves available to us to ensure we met our goals. The scheduled check-in meetings were great. This allowed our team to ask questions and for the vFrairs team to demonstrate different features on the landing page and app, as well as on the backend. Thanks to vFairs we were able to elevate our annual in-person event. As an organization we received positive feedback from attendees on the vFairs experience from registration to using the app onsite.
Desventajas
There was a minor glitch with the evaluation feature. It auto populated from previous evaluations that were completed. The vFairs team resolved the issue right away. Our team should have done testing prior to the event to sure that everything was working properly in advance of the event.

Our association has wanted to utilize a conference app for several years. However, the financial costs and time needed to effectively manage an app kept us from moving forward. That all changed when we were introduced to vFairs. They worked with us on securing a price that we could afford and offered a dedicated team to assist with app construction, organization, and deployment. Ammemah was WONDERFUL to work with. She had a great team that was highly attentive to our needs, provided clear and timely feedback/responses, and met with our planning team on a regular basis. The app was a big hit with our conference attendees and we look forward to making it even better next year!

provided amazing customer service and was always focussed on our goals. The Platform enabled us to host a wide range of learning activities, from within Booths, to Webinars, with a global reach and no platform accessibility issues.

Hard to find something to dislike, but perhaps more an area for improvement over time is the chat function from Teams if embedded in platform, but minor for the whole experience our users received.

I have never experienced such great, hands-on customer service as I did with vFair. [sensitive content hidden] and the team were very supportive of our needs and kept us moving forward, on track, and toward goal. We exceeded our anticipated attendance and vendor participation, due in no small part to the vFair team's advice and guidance.

vFairs was very easy to use with a lot of features we found useful. It was nice to have registration, marketing, and event functionality all in one place. The customer support was spectacular. [sensitive content hidden] kept us on schedule for our event, teaching us how to update and use the tool as we went along. She provided support to users on the day of, which was a big help.
Desventajas
Overall, the management side of the tool was a little overwhelming, although that also is because there are a lot of features to customize! Users had a little trouble with one feature (networking) on the day of the event, but [sensitive content hidden] addressed those individual issues quickly and helped the users get access.

From set up to execution, vFairs provides excellence service. The team is amazing, professional, knowledgeable and not to mention FUN to collaborate with! ISA recently held a hybrid conference in Scotland in which we utilized a mobile app to create the best experience for our in person and virtual attendees. The app for this event included castles, knights, fly in intros & much more. All were beyond impressed with the app. Well done vFairs!

We are planning a first year conference in a virtual environment. vFAIRS has been there every step of the way with us, even though we've been working out a lot of logistical details on our end. Their professionalism and patience has been invaluable in bringing this event to life. Our account rep [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

As someone with a web development background, I am more comfortable with a lot more backend control, but for the average user I think the platform is perfectly suited.

American Educational Research Association (AERA) used vFairs platform to host its virtual component of 2023 annual meeting. Entire vFairs team did an excellent job in hosting, and successfully running the virtual event. Working with [sensitive content hidden] and his team was an amazing experience. The team has right attitude, perfect skillset, and showed great professionalism from beginning to host and run such a complex event like AERA’s.

Search function, customization of program schedule, and ease of use.
Desventajas
The entire engineering team has great attitude of resolving technical issues. Sometime their overpromising of resolving an issue in very short period of time might backfire.
