Donorbox es la mejor aplicación de recaudaciones de fondos para organizaciones sin fines de lucros. Es tan fácil de usar y lo mejor es que puedes utilizarlo en cualquier pais del mundo y convertir a la moneda de tu ubicación.

El costo de las comisiones. Esto puede varias según la cantidad de dinero que reciba su organización sin fines de lucros.

After donation page should be HTLM editable to allow for creative control. Ability to deploy a thank you video through the donor management system, that would then update through Salesforce (maybe by creating a link to the video?). That would be a big benefit.

Ease of use. Ability to run multiple campaigns at the same time. The ability to fully customize what information you want to collect and donor levels, also that you can put descriptions next to donation levels. For example, if you are fund raiser for a particular item, say a backpack, you cam say $20 - 1 backpack, $40 - 2 backpacks, etc.

Customer service can only be accessed through email, but they are very good about getting back to you.

I really appreciated the ease of setup along with the variety of features offered. I am not super tech savvy, but even I was able to configure our campaign easily. I only remember having one question about set up, which customer support resolved for me quickly and helpfully. One of my favorite things about Donorbox is that they allow the donor to cover processing fees.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head.

The UI of donorbox is very user friendly. It is very easy to start a campaign and link it to a payment gateway. Even as a donor it is quite easy to understand the campaign and then donate using one of the several available payment options.

Only Stripe and PayPal are supported payment gateways. While these are largely popular, not every country is supported by them.

The tools are easy to navigate and simple. User friendly and intuitive.

I haven’t seen anything I don’t like about the software.

A challenge to figure out how to get to customer service

Once we were set up, it was easy to use. We like the option to send out yearly receipts in a couple of steps. We also like to option to add offline donations.

Nothing to improve on. Your services is what we like and look forward to using each month.

The product is easy to navigate through. The set up was very quick and it integrates well with our work.

It uses another software that required facebook for verification of information.

Easy to use, enables people to pay what they can afford, which is the way of the future in this time of inequality. I loved all the options and especially being able to customise the reciept email, include images, and send login details (so basically using this donation software as a "pay what you can afford" plugin). Quick, friendly responses to questions and sounded like real people not robotic people.

I'd love if it could automatically export .csv data to squarespace email campaigns but i appreciate that's pretty niche. It can however do it with mailchimp. As it is i do it manually once a month.

Searched for a solution for a non-profit website donation page and found DonorBox interface. I was very happy with what I found, and have been even happier since starting use. From super easy end user experience, to simple implementation on websites, Donorbox rocks! Users can donate via bank card, PayPal, or bank account. No fees are charged by DonorBox unless $1000 per month is processed. Other merchant processing fees apply as usual. DonorBox loves mobile users too!

Only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner!

Easy set up. Easy for users. Easy to log in.

Need employer address. Hard to upload different pictures.

Everything about Donorbox has been great. Simple to create, implement, and edit if needed. I've appreciated it's their customer service and willingness to look into unique problems related to my needs/desires for the product. All in all its been a simple and well built product to receive donations.

One time we ran into some customization hopes we had around design/layout that weren't possible.

Yes esy to excess for received donation and better communication for my project funding support. So I would like like to proper benefitted to our NGO

I am not a software expert. But I can feel that if this software may be failed to provide facilities then alternative software may be used.

We have been using Donorbox as the donation page for our website since we launched the site. We love the software so much its been such a huge help to us.

No there are no features missing that we have found. We are happy we selected the product.

It has an ongoing cost associated with it.

We like the ability to easily set up campaigns as needed. Everything is within the customer’s control. The feature to email annual donation letters for tax purposes is invaluable. Hours of tedious work was avoided eith a literal click of a button.

We would like the ability to record in-kind donations so that it can be included in our annual reporting.

Easy setup for nonprofits or churches with recurring giving and low costs. Combined with Stripe, you can get pretty decent rates for payment processing. Easy to use interface and multiple giving pages can be setup.

Lacks a lot of the donor management features that other tools offer.
