In most cases where there are multiple users accessing the same planner, VP is installed on a server, and each computer would need to be connected to it. However, there are ways you can access VP without having to connect to a server, such as installing VP on your computer or using the VPGo app in "offline" mode. Please reach out to our IT Support or your main point of contact for further assistance on this matter.
