Simple, fácil uso la base de datos; permite encontrar buenos candidatos

La página en si no es tan amigable en cuanto a la presentación.

La facilidad en aplicar, el acompañamiento, y el servicio en su totalidad, queda uno satisfecho en toda la gestion del proceso.

Posiblemente algunos caracteres de presentacion pero que no son de impacto a la hora de lo que realmente se requiere.

Indeed es un buscador que te acerca ofertas laborales acordes a tu perfil laboral y formación académica. Nuclea a varias páginas de empleo, por lo que la oferta siempre es diversa. Recibo todos los días las sugerencias, y chequeo si me son útiles o no. Siempre se pueden hacer ajustes y modificaciones en función del trabajo que uno quiera o esté buscando. Es realmente útil.

Muchas veces sucede que te envía la misma oferta laboral varías veces. Eso puede frustrarte o quitarte tiempo, pero con el uso diario apenas lees, ya logras identificar si lo que te trae es una búsqueda nueva o repetida.

Me gusta la opción de poder integrar el servicio de búsqueda de empleo directamente en mi pagina web. Se puede escribir un perfil de la empresa que busca el empleo, y pueden los trabajadores activos o antiguos, dejar reseñas de esa empresa en la que trabajan o trabajaban.

Nada, todo es muy funcional en esta pagina web. Son muy pocas las cosas que no te pueden gustar de esta pagina, como por ejemplo, que no permite subir la información de un CV particular, hay que escribir toda esa información directamente en la pagina.

Como encargado de área participo activamente en el reclutamiento de la gente a mi cargo e Indeed ha sido la plataforma de la que más personas he contratado, me parece porque es muy conocida y es lo que me gusta

Hay muy poco que decir salvo que a veces es difícil segmentar para encontrar gente dentro de la región

Que se pueda hallar de forma más rápida y segura una entrevista de trabajo

Las pocas ofertas para algunas carreras

Lo que mas me gusta es lo diversa que es la plataforma en base a los trabajos y las formas variables de contacto que posee.

No me agrada la interfaz mas que nada, suele ser un diseño bastante simple, como si fuera de 2010 o menos.

la funcionalidad que tiene el softwate para encontrar lo que andas buscando, ejemplo clasificar por ciudad, puesto, pago etc.

que le da la opción al empleador en ocultar datos importantes

Es una software, muy sencillo de utilizar, facilita la búsqueda de trabajo

Por el momento no hay áreas de oportunidad para señalar.

El mas utilizado, con gran variedad de publicaciones y actuales.

Falta se seguimiento a través de aplicación o pagina, que no determina si sigues considerado o haz sido rechazado como posible candidato.

This is the way to go on the hiring process or to search for a new opportunity. The program keeps you informed all the status process either hiring or searching.

Nothing really that I don't like from this software, can be better if in the hiring process the candidates can share an image of themselves.

Indeed is so different from any of the other big job boards out there in terms of candidate pool and sourcing experience, though the job posting / application review is pretty standard. Indeed used to offer a pay-per-view of contact information for $1 per view. However, they have moved to a subscription based system, which might be more challenging for individual recruiters, but as an agency recruiter I prefer it. The dashboard is not fancy or bright, it is bare and basic, which makes it more user friendly and readable for seasoned recruiters.

The basic nature of the dashboard is potential a con as well. New recruiters who rely on call-to-action buttons and ATS integration for candidate management might struggle at first, to my knowledge Indeed is not integrated into any of the ATS I've used, so remembering to search for a pre-existing candidate record and manual resume parsing is required. Indeed also provides an "@indeedmail" email address for every candidate, and tends to populate it's Indeed formatted resume over the candidate's original, so often times their direct email is not provided.

I really enjoy how easy this platform is with applying. It has this upload your resume section where it makes it easier applying and signing up. It even lines you up to suggestions on what categories best fit your “profile”

It was a little hard to navigate at first (maybe since I realized I need to upload my resume vs just typing it all in kinda “moved” over to fill in) but than was able to over filter with my selections such as from my area et.

Indeed is easy to use and their tracking/analytic data has improved over the years. I am extremely hands on and like to set up, pause, delete our own sponsored job campaigns which they allow you to do. Finally was able to get our jobs scraped from our ATS Greenhouse onto Indeed so we do not have to manually post jobs anymore (THANK GOODNESS!). We hire about 30% of our employees from indeed.

Customer Support/Account Managers! Worked with our previous account manager for the last 4 years. He seemed spread too thin and was never my go-to for quick responses to questions I had about our account. He would consistently send e-mails about touching base and go unresponsive after we would respond about times we were available for a call. On multiple occasions we would have a call scheduled, would log into call only to sit on the line for 10 minutes with not response back or even get a follow-up "sorry we missed each other" e-mail. About 1.5 years ago he introduced our account to his Client Success Manager and she was always my go-to for anything I needed! She was wonderful! Due to Covid-19 they have shifted accounts and we now have a new account manager who is super responsive so we are very excited to be working with someone new!

Reduces the effort of finding relevant jobs, takes us to the best organisation we supposed to be and provides really good platform for the youth

Including as many sectors so that everyone gets opportunity to get better job

Indeed gives you lots of jobs to choose from. You write in your location and how far you would like to travel to see the jobs in your area.

The repetitive jobs.. The jobs indeed says are matched to me but have nothing to do with my skills.

The ease of use is wonderful. Having the ability to create a user profile, create and manage your resume while applying for job openings makes the application process quick and convenient.

I cannot point to anything that is subpar with this app. 10/10 would recommend.

I got many same day responses and the automatic resume makes it very simple to apply for jobs.

What I did not like are all of the review notifications about where ive apploed. They are very useless.
