Ease of use, thoughtful design, ability to manage backlog of ideas and promote to a roadmap and subsequently JIRA for execution

The service model that Aha! is evolving towards is self-service unless you subscribe to their Enterprise+ licensing tier and meet a certain minimum number of seats. Disappointing to not get the same level of service commitment that the company provided in their early days but they claim a "lean" servicing model per my recent discussions with their Customer Success department.

The ability to customize almost all aspects of Aha make it the choice for power users. If I can imagine it, I can probably do it. And when I can't figure out how to do it, Aha's team of professionals are there to help you out every time. The company isn't sitting on their laurels either, the engagement with customers on the Ideas portal is very active and features are constantly being added and improved.

Integration with other tools can be complex to set up, or missing for many tools. Jira integration is very important for my company, but it doesn't always have the capabilities I'd like. I'd also like to see better integration with collaboration tools like Slack, LucidSpark and PowerPoint. I realize Aha is building competitive tools for most of those, but they are not, as of yet, mature enough to make the switch to using them.

Tons of features giving you the ability to follow up on biggest to most minute details of projects which makes it very malleable to various needs.

The learning curve is steep compared to You track.
Schedules epics activities development tasks todos and several other features can be hard to distinguish and somewhat confusing.

Aha is a powerful tool that gives you ability to customize the core product around how your team does its job. The easy integrations with engineering development tools like Azure DevOps or Jira make it an accurate status reporting tool for product teams while allowing engineering functions to do their execution work elsewhere. The dashboards and reports in Aha are super powerful and it's the only way we report on roadmaps and status. And finally the Ideas portal with Ideas advanced allows us to be in touch with our customers in a meaningful way and let's us communicate internally and externally about what's coming next for our products.

The cost of a license is not cheap, and it took my business a long time to convince senior executives to allow us to get the Ideas Advanced licensing. It would have been really helpful if Ideas Advanced could have been enabled for a subset of users or a product line within a corporate tenant account.

With Aha!, we have had a great experience thanks to its document management, knowledge management and idea management features

Aha! is not the the most cost effective idea management software.

I was astounded by how flexible and feature-rich the platform is. You can instantly tell how much thought has gone into this product over the years. It has been developed in a way that can support so many different configurations its amazing.

I feel like it can be easy to get lost in what workspace or line you are in when navigating different tabs and roadmaps. You have to pay close attention to where you are so that you see what you are actually looking for at any given time.

I created a visual timeline of upcoming features, which made planning much simpler.

Configuring the initial setup and understanding all the plugins took quite a bit of time.

Aha!'s data model is robust and flexible to account for our unique way of running our business. The reporting and notes/collaboration tools allow us to consolidate all of our PM-based efforts into a single system. This helps keep everyone aligned, organized and efficient.

Because the application is so robust, there are some workflows sub-optimal user experiences (e.g. accessing views and report versions, creating capacity plans) that make onboarding new users cumbersome.

Lots of options for customizing initiatives and reports

Pivot tables need twice refresh to reflect the changes. Network disruptions often cause filled out data to be lost

Completely configurable, even terminology, that meets our internal needs, custom roadmaps, export to presentations and links that can be embedded in dashboards

Nothing missing but the level of configuration presents a learning curve. It's flexible and once learned not hard to use or train people.

Aha! is a great platform for connectivity and productivity when it comes to managing multiple projects and shipping new product features

I liked that Aha has MANY different features and could meet a lot of the needs that I had (idea, task, project, product management).

But, it is also very complex. I could not get started using it to its' full capacity on my own. Which is okay because understandably there's a lot there but I prefer to just get started on my own.

Aha provides lots of inbuilt utilities to control and deliver the entire projects , starts from the planning phase to delivery , it helps you to navigate smoothly . The leaderships will get greatly benefited out of this application.

Even though it has got lots of features to offer , still the configuration of the application is not easy and straight forward.

Great for organizing idea generation and new feature roadmapping. Helps us align as a company on software requests and build a timeline for deployment

The software is very structured and can't really customize the reporting or forms.

The product support is great, being new to the software there has been a number of times where I have not known how to set up a roadmap/view in the desired way, using the Get Help function in the top right I have had a all my queries looked into and resolved very promptly. Custom Roadmaps provide a lot of flexibility to assist with creating a visually appealing roadmapFeatures boards are easy to use and can move around features easily.

At times I dont find the software that intuitive. It's easy to complete simple tasks and navigate around the software however certain features have restrictions that require a bit of a play around to see which option works best for the task. However I have found there is usually an option for the job.

It is easy to use and most scalable and efficient system compared to other systems, this tool allow us to assign tasks to members

The user interface and graphics are little bad, It having some difficulties of initiating product features

Product is easy to use and customize to our specific needs. Support is downright amazing!

Still new...there are a few items I wish that it had, but overall I am very happy
