JobDiva is easily customizable and allows for automation with candidates - with an amazing support team and tons of training options available at your fingertips, its easy to navigate through the site.

Sometimes it doesn't feel as user-friendly to navigate through the options or to be able to utilize all the interesting features without help from support

JobDiva offers a user-friendly, feature-rich applicant tracking system with customization, automation, and comprehensive data analytics for recruitment agencies, streamlining their processes and improving efficiency.

No Cons however sometime it is slow to use.

Data pool, ease of Boolean string, Making submissions through job diva, Job diva reporting

Resume preview, Job diva filters, Job diva converting the candidate's original resume to their format which makes it hard to read. Job diva filters are outdated e.g 1. we cannot put the Year of Experience filter. 2. We cannot filter visa type3. Poor Resume preview

Going through the profiles of database is really good, can manage multiple profiles at ease.

Uploading of multiple resumes to database is not possible, would be a great future to add to the really existing great options.

the submitted candidate's options are the best we can sort candidates who are previously submitted on job diva.

too many keywords limit the searches but still it's not a big deal.

No I think there is nothing I hate about this software

Applicant tracking, database, job tracking and management. Overall everything related to recruitment can be covered.

The user interface is a bit tricky to understand. Generally in comparison to job dashboards... Hard to know the active status of a candidate.

It maintains all the recruitment related data like the Number of job openings, positions, submittal, interviews, starts, etc

The dashboard is a little bit tricky and you should have to take training to work better on the software.

The Resume Search is the Best Feature and the History feature as well. There is one more feature which is Divamatch in which you get the type of resume want want which matches your Job Description

JobDiva sometimes feel like it is working really slow like if I have to search something in the search box I have to wait for atleast 10 Sec to load it up so that makes it a little bit time consuming

It has a user-friendly interface, better resume search capabilities compared to other ATS systems. Additionally, I can import resumes from external sources in the same search result. The candidate tracking features are great, and I don't have to juggle between multiple tabs. Furthermore, it has the ability to streamline the recruitment and staffing process. I really appreciate its ease of use and the way it helps me manage candidate information and job openings efficiently.

I would really like it if it had the following features as well:1. The use of the (*) operator in resume search so that I can create clean and simple Boolean strings.2. Some kind of AI integration that can match resumes to the posted job description.

The feature like job posting, application tracking, easy interface and lots of feature like resume parsing qualification notes.

It would be great if the application would be improved on the low latency side.We understand with so many features there might be slow speed, would really like if the application was a bit faster

Nothing. It's amazing for all the recruitment specialists.

As a recruiter most of my time are spent on TALENT Search & Agent Search page and it is of real help to make my own talent pool/Auto populated hotlist, The other feature that we are using is that we have integrated DICE, Career Builder & Monster and it keeps on sourcing candidates for our Auto populated hotlist.

There has been instances where Jobdiva suddenly logout the user and stop responding but the problem is solved really quickly once we reach out to Jobdiva support. Another downside I have faced it sometimes it does not show proper result with Boolean, There is a chance that it may because of our low database record on that particular skill.

The ease of access for both my team internally and for our external employees during their onboarding process.

We are still looking for a way to utilize JobDiva for our re-verifications for our I-9s. We have a lot of rehires and are not able to log those within JobDiva yet.

I like the way this product is automated. I used multiple ATS in the past and even designed a few ATS, but the way JobDiva designed it is the best example of creating a process by simply using automation.It makes lots of recruiting processes easy.

I guess the method of extracting data from the database can be refined. Everything is on point; I can work on real-time data, but if I want to access the databases, then it becomes exhausting work. We can use some basic filtering or the same string method to find the relevant results.

Its the only job board we are using in our company. Its really versatile and it has various features and functions.

Nothing I dislike about it. But some features must be updated like messaging and calling.
