it's very convenient to post a job offer and to have access to the candidates who applied

we are a start up and unfortunately can't afford right now to pay for this service

Our team uses two different types of applicant tracker and BetterTeam seems to be much organized and is better than its competitors. It has a more organized layout and better management options for job postings and received applications. It is easier to use as well.

Our team found no disadvantages upon using BetterTeam so far. It has aided us well in our tasks.

As a Human Resource Intern, I was tasked to send out job postings for new applicants. I have tried different software for job postings. With Betterteam, it is easier to determine where to post the jobs necessary in our department. Employee management is also easy and organized. Data are easily stored and found.

I have not yet found any disadvantages while using this product. I am hoping for further advancement of the product.

Easy and user friendly. In one week I received over 200 Applicants and out of the 200 successfully filled 17 positions.

I really can't say, didn't have an opportunity to use it to it's full capacity. If I have more of an opportunity in the future maybe I can say what I like least.

this software was easy to use. I also liked that the customer service was very quick and helpful. i would use it again.

Betterteam is incredibly easy to use. It helped our team all stay on the same page.

There should be a case by case cost for small companies. we are a 2 person operation and needed to add 1 seasonal candidate. While I'm sure this is designed for larger corporations, we get lost on the indeeds and monsters of the world, this was more specific and local and I loved that, but we have no call for ongoing hiring that would require a monthly subscription.

Betterteam really does get your job posting out there, I have received massive amount of candidates in a short amount of time, I am cancelling all other subscriptions from all other sites and only use Betterteam. Very pleased.

The free trial is over that would be my only con. Its a great service for hiring

Posting the job is multiple and popular job boards in the Philippines. Probably the best Recruitment CRM in the Philippines.

With being powerful and best Recruitment CRM, it cost way much for someone who's barely surviving a day but still one of the best Recruitment tool I had.

Easy to use. I get notifications as soon as a new applicant applies to a job posting. Keeps track of metrics. This is a great tool for sourcing candidates. I have received many qualified applicants and supervisors are happy with the quality and quantity of talent pool.

No cons. This software is by far way more resourceful than other platforms to fill hiring needs. The costs are very reasonable and inexpensive in comparison to other platforms.

That it actually works. I am more confident than ever that I will never lack a supply to find employees ever again!

I currently did not have the funds/budget to continue with the software but in the trial period I was able to without cost gain over 25 applicants to help me grow my business. This in return will set me up to run my company with greater success and in turn develop the budget to always have great staff with a new hiring policy, I will then return to better team to assist me in this process

They will need your business model before issuing to their partners. Then if you have been a victim of others posing as your company they will block you without warning, but not before they take your credit card information. Basically, this company does zero research for their customers. If you aren't a major brand or are a smaller company, don't waste your time with Betterteam.

Betterteam understands their clients are mostly small businesses like me. Their subscription is very
reasonable and very effective. I hired people within a week or so after placing the advertisement. The
support is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Easy to find what I needed. I am an old timer but even for me it was not difficult to establish and
find what I needed to do.

It's one of the best application for companies which seek to expand, easy to navigate thru and the most important: You get resumes that fit your personnel search.

I've found no cons yet, only good things to like about this product which saves you money, time and fines your searches.

At this point I can't say that there has been a down side to using this service
