Great ATS software!

I switched to Big Biller from Zoho Recruit and it was a great decision. Big Biller is a bit more expensive but it's been worth it and their support is amazing. The integration with the Top Echelon Network has been great too.

The ability to search the database is excellent, and the email integration with with templates and merge fields is a huge time saver.
Desventajas
I wish it had a better integration with Indeed and LinkedIn. Drip campaign features would also be amazing.

Human beings are available to help you set up, answer questions. Quick response when emailing in questions. On line help is great. Ongoing training webinars to make sure you are getting the most out of the software.
Love the humans at Big Biller. I tried a competitor but couldn't get any answers - the online help didn't answer my questions and humans weren't available.

Desventajas
Hot lists for prospecting could be better - more like pipeline for jobs. Some other programs have a nicer look but I don't think they work as well.

Good ATS

I like the fact that this is cloud based software and that I can access it from anywhere without having to lug my laptop around.

This is a solid ATS for my business. Easy to use and access from anywhere.
Desventajas
At some times can be cumbersome to work with, but that's been my experience with other ATS's.

Excellent ATS, CRM and Recruiting SW

It does what we need with a minimum of the things we don't. It's really quite accurate with importing data, parsing resumes, the search function works very well but working with the results list can be quite cumbersome and repetitive.

Big Biller has done an awesome job of minimizing the data entry/administrative work to maintain and work the recruiting process. It does nearly everything you need for the Direct Hire recruiting process and is extremely easy to use, update, and get newer folks up to speed. We especially like the emailing features and Hot Lists.
Desventajas
Some of the drop down options are rather limited, particularly the industries and detail specs of client/candidate specialties. The tags get misunderstood with so many acronyms (and they are redundant with the word searches) and the parser doesn't work with headers on resumes and you have to edit the job history more than any other section.

Old Reliable

Overall for the cost effectiveness of the tool, I would highly recommend Big Biller to anyone looking for an effective ATS/CRM.

Would like the email logging function to be more robust, but the work around is not complex and works for us.

What I like most is NOT the Software -- it is the Incredible Customer Support!!
From my first contact with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], it seems like decades ago, and with every successor to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who has carried the Customer Support torch, they have always had the patience to explain, to clarify my issues for me, and work through solutions to remedy my misapplication of features in the excellent software.

The software works and works well. I used ACT for about 10 years, then Big Biller for about 10 years, switched to another SAS for about 3 years, and then returned to Big Biller in 2015.

Waiting for more complete integration with GMail.

I have used your software since 2005. That speaks volume for my opinion of your services.

Big Biller is a very user-friendly product. It has comprehensive functionality that leaves the statement, "I wish it did this" totally out of the picture.
The customer service is outstanding. I mean "Outstanding". They know their product, they always have an answer, they are patient with a string of questions, and they always get back with you if you email them questions. The help section is always the first place I go and generally, I can find answers there.
Desventajas
At the moment, I have no constructive criticism to give. :-)

Great tool for Recruiters

My overall experience is excellent - both with the software as well as Customer Support.

Big Biller is a great product that is loaded with lots of features at a very reasonable price.
And I like that the software is designed in a way that matches my workflow.
I don't feel that I need to adjust the way I work as a Recruiter in order to accommodate the software.
Additionally - the developers continue to add features that not only make Big Biller easier to use - but also make the software even more beneficial for my business.
Plus Customer Service is excellent!

There is not anything that I dislike about this software.

Waited 2 years for their 'update' that was constantly being delayed!

Kept our candidate information, resumes, and notes secure. Also, was able to have an integration with their shared recruiting network.

An Excellent Value

Excellent. I used another well-known platform previously and was disappointed. Big Biller is a valuable tool.

The team at BB/Top Echelon is always trying to improve functionality and add new features. Data added to the platform is easily customizable and retrievable. Reports help track recruiter performance.

I don't use the email features because the graphics seem basic and I like to use advanced tracking.

Big Biller Software

Big Biller is easy to learn, but more importantly their tech support is fantastic and always there when I have questions. Also I like that they continue to update the software and take recruiter inputs to make it better.

I like the pipe lines as I go back to them time after time when I get new job orders. I like that you can parse candidates directly from Linked IN as well as parse multiple resumes at one time.
Desventajas
The minor issues I have I passed along to tech support and they were incorporated.

Good overall product

The product is great, easy to learn and a good value compared to other products. We are very satisfied with Big Biller.

It is easy to use and train new team members on this product. It is easy to modify some basic functions and tailor how it looks to match our processes.
Desventajas
Over my (almost) two years there have only been a few times that we needed support, each time I was disappointed with the availability to get someone on the phone / response time on email.

I love Big Biller and actually was one of the main reasons we came back.
If he is still with the company. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at customer service is amazing ! I liked the old way of connecting with the Help Desk too

I think the resume and all searches need to be improved. Sometimes the results are to broad.
Also after using the results of a search for awhile the system seems to slow down.

Big Biller for Executive Search

I have trained a half dozen new hires on BB and found most people pick it up relatively quickly.
Puntos a favor
BB's online access means our recruiters can access it anywhere they have access to the internet. The reporting capabilities and customization are intuitive and very useful.
The chrome and outlook add ons that allow you to make entries directly from the program is incredibly helpful. You can add a contact from LinkedIn directly from your chrome browser. And upload resumes from within Outlook.
Desventajas
Big Biller does not have an app which makes it only available on mobile devices through a browser. The mobile functionality in a browser is less than optimal.
The search fields criteria does not search phone area codes which is a big missing element in finding targeted candidates based on area code.
BB does not allow you to customize a datasheet to send to clients. It has a datasheet but you cannot select what data is included on the form so you may be sending notes and comments that you do not want to be visible to others. Also does not let you brand the Data Sheet with your company logo and contact.

Tools for success in Recruiting

I am saving time and Big Biller has increased my efficiency.

After over 20 years of recruiting and using several software platforms, I found Big Biller to have the best platform I have used by far. Big Biller has increased my personal productivity in managing my recruiting desk and allows more time for working with clients and candidates vs working with the software.
Desventajas
I would like to see the AI track info to take me back to my most recent client or candidate. An example of this is when working with a candidate for a search assignment, other search assignments by other Top Echelon recruiters should pop up to save time in matching the candidate for other options (if they are not a fit for the original search assignment)

I confess that Big Biller is the first "real" applicant tracking system we've used, so I have no real point of comparison
I will say that via email, help chat, and in person, they are dedicated to having happy customers. They are open to suggestions to improve the product

Lately there have been many updates. I'd say they came "fast & furious".
I appreciate the motivation and confess that I am "old school" so some of it has been a bit overwhelming and confusing. They are very helpful however, no matter how dumb the questions are.

Outstanding Software for the Money

The Pros outweigh the Cons on this software. It has an ease to it which makes it my only go to software for placements and tracking. With a built in email system it is the best product out there for the money.

Amazing product. It saves me time with easy access to all my candidates for the particular job. I can create my own panels within each candidates profile which helps me streamline. It is the first software I bring up and the last one I close out at the end of the day. I can't say enough about its functionality. The self help material is outstanding.
Desventajas
There are two things which I would like to have more control of. 1) The Reports. I want to be able to do specific reports but I am unable. It is set on certain reports which can't be changed. 2) The pipeline and candidate availability. I wish I could add more in the process instead of just showing INBOX, IN PLAY, Placements and Disqualified. I have certain phases that I would like to see there but could not add to that. (It can be added in the little circles but I wanted an actual tab on top for certain phases)

Easy to use and affordable Applicant Tracking System

The software is user friendly and easy to use. There are many BB features that I take advantage of including, email tracking and client management. However, my favorite feature of Big Biller is Pipeline Management. When working on multiple job orders, it is easy to see where you are in the recruiting process (Inbox, Qualified, Submitted, Interview, Placement). It is customizable as well.
Desventajas
It may take you some time to learn all of the nuances of the platform. But I do not view this as a negative. With all software, there is a learning curve. Big Biller has very easy to understand online training, as well as regular online meetups to discuss changes and additions to the software.

We are recruiters and can easily keep track of clients and candidates
This is a great system, it is online, so if you lose your computer data, it is not affected
It seems to be up all the time, except for rare update necessities

Well Designed for Staffing Agency Use

This software was designed for the staffing and recruiting industry. The cards, templates, and fields are well thought out, with the option to further customize if needed.
Desventajas
It would be helpful to be able to see attachments to emails in the activity history. As of today, we can only see the email body. In order to see what attachment was sent, we need to look it up under the Email tab and then search for it.

Great for small businesses

Overall, I am very happy with the software. The functionality perfectly fits my company's needs and tracking the status on candidates, job orders, etc. , although could use a little tweaking, is very easy and thorough.

I love the ability to customize the cards to track what is important to me. The ability to split with other firms is a significant bonus. What brings all of this together is the continual software development and enhancements based on our, the users, needs and comments.
Desventajas
My greatest suggestion for an opportunity with this software is date and time stamp everything that is done. For example, when someone updates a note on a candidate or client, I would like to see who and when that note or update was done. This could eliminate a bit of the research I have to do now when looking at some records that perhaps need attention.
