Purely HR provides a straightforward approach for me to request time off and convey the time I would like to take off from work. It makes it simple to seek time off on the day of or after work has been cancelled. This functionality was not included in any of the prior tools I tried. Simply HR facilitates communication between me and the firm while I am unable to work.

The software's ease of use makes it simple to manage schedules. I enjoy how you can view your summary of utilised time off and future time off, as well as the summaries of balances in each area. It's straightforward to use, and the information is presented in a highly user-friendly way. The data is organised in such a way that I can rapidly interpret it. The finest aspect, in my opinion, is how simple it is to sign up.
Desventajas
I can't seem to find the tool that allows you to view how many hours of PTO you'll have at a later date. It's simple to find what you're looking for. I prefer tools that are simple to use. I haven't had any terrible encounters on this platform, therefore I can't say I have any dislikes. I wish the Staff dashboard wasn't so devoid of information for end users.

The timesheets are relatively simple to use
Desventajas
You can not remove a holiday after the time sheets are out. It cant handle the hours our staff do, so it messes up every single holiday stat pay. It never accrues properly.

I would highly recommend to any business looking for a reasonable priced program. It may not have every available option you can get elsewhere. But we found it covers off what we need, without the big price tag.

PurelyHR is incredibly user friendly and provides us what we need for our payroll. It tracks accurate time off accruals and time off used. The timesheet module is very easy to use for both admin and staff.
For the services it provides you can’t beat the price.
Desventajas
My only real dislike is that the remote access through a phone is very limited.

Has mentioned before we have been using PurelyHR for 10+ year and we are quite satisfied we would recommend for time-off.

Simplicity and customization are made quite easy for administrator and employee's onboarding. We currently only use the time tracking portion of PurelyHR but we have been using for more than 10 years with great satisfaction. The cost has been quite positive as a not for profit.
Desventajas
As far as time-off module goes, I think there's many reporting options and sometimes its hard to find on the first go the exact report type you need but there are some many options that what you are looking for does exist.

PurelyHR is a great product overall. It helps our company manage time off and timesheets in a great way for all! Very easy to use and at a reasonable price. Their support is always very quick and helpful as well.

Really nothing it is a great product! I guess the only thing would be that I would like to see the admin have the ability to change holiday time on the timesheets manually if needed.

We've been very happy with the tool. Does what it's supposed to do. Accumulate PTO, allow for varies different types of leave and leave rules.

Simple to use. Easy to train. Never had a glitch in the about 10 years we've been on it. Support has always been quick and supportive.

A user-friendly application with flexible configuration tailored to the organization's needs. Excellent French-speaking support; good understanding of issues and attentive listening. One of the best assistances I have ever received.
Desventajas
Vacation balances are often inaccurate. While vacation time is prorated at the beginning of employment, it is not recalculated at the end of the employment relationship. This inconsistency results in additional recalculations of the balance whenever an employee leaves. Additionally, there is no phone app available for employees to check their vacation balances.

The calendar on schedule time offs can get a bit clustered if there are a lot of people. It can be a bit overwhelming.

It's easy to use, easy to set up and easy to implement. There is a ton of presets so you're not re-inventing the wheel. Having a dedicated account manager and training along the way has definitely helped us maximize the use of this software.
Desventajas
like all HR tools some of the functionality seems overkill and unnecessary. but with time you learn to accept the extras and some have even turned into best practices.
