Elcom offers an extensive range of software features to enhance our site and keeping our publishers trained in all aspects of the software can be challenging in an organisation with a small digital workplace team.
Elcom is very supportive and goes out of their way to assist with our development and ongoing upgrades. The Help Desk support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
Since launch, we have worked with Elcom to solve a number of business problems, such as coming up with ways to reduce the number of broadcast emails and creating specialised hubs for specific communication and knowledge bases. This has resulted in time savings, strengthening our team engagement and creating a more supportive and positive culture for our people.
