I love about this platform is its holistic approach to the hiring cycle. Not only does it have a complete applicant tracking system, but it also provides a clear and organized view of the entire process.
Desventajas
It is a very complete and effective platform for managing the hiring process, there are some aspects that could be improved. I would like to mention is that sometimes the workload can be a bit slow. This can be especially noticeable when working with a large number of candidates or looking to filter specific data.

Desventajas
Hiring managers seem to be able to schedule an interview and it would be nice to be able to prevent certain users from scheduling interviews. Also I would like to be able to Bold candidate names again after they have already been viewed in the pipeline.

By far the best ATS that I have used in 15 years of recruiting. The UI is intuitive, the ability to manage your pipeline using is as easy as they come. The reporting is accurate and it is easy to identify what impacts and triggers. I did 15 demos before deciding on Lever. And after each Demo I felt like there were missing tools or a misalignment on what those ATS did vs what I believed was an effective way to manage candidates through the interview process. With Lever I felt like the softwares functionality matched with my philosophy on recruiting and the candidate experience.

Easy to customize, great bulk actions, strong reporting, and the best tool for managing your candidate pipeline.
Desventajas
The Easy Book tool lacks some customization. You can work around this through management of your calendar.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Lever, however, it leaves a lot to be desired compared to the other more modern Applicant Tracking Systems out there.

I like Lever because of its ease of use.
It's also great for bulk candidate management, especially for those who handle volume roles.
It also has integration with a lot of job boards which leads to a good flow of applicants.
Desventajas
The reporting module is not the greatest, we have had to integrate it with another app for reports.
It also lacks a lot of automation, which can be a downside for busy recruiters.

Super Smooth Lever Implementation

[sensitive content hidden] provided THE BEST implementation experience. Migrating over to Lever came at a time when there was not a lot of time to devote to implementation projects, but he made the work feel managable, possible, and always a team effort. The layout of the implementation was always concise and clear, with all questions always answered with confidence and context. He was also always a joy to speak to and I always looked forward to the meetings. I couldn't recommend him enough.
Desventajas
If I had to nit pick, it would be the inability to customize interview buckets for each role.

Lever is extremely easy to use. I like that you can see which opportunities the candidates are tied to in their candidate profiles. Moving candidates between stages is a breeze. I like the Chrome extension which has been quick and easy to add candidates to the system.
Desventajas
It seems more geared towards US hires and not international which is a bummer. I also don't like the fact that Lever doesn't have an electronic signing option for candidates. If you want that you have to add Adobe Sign or DocuSign which is another expense. Lastly, it would be really great if there was an option to have the interviews tab show all of the upcoming interviews that the Recruiting Coordinator has scheduled. Not just their own upcoming interviews.

Our implementation and onboarding experience with Lever was fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] listened to everything that we had to say, whether it was pushing for updates, frustrations with understanding, or excitement around how improved our new system was. He was always willing to help us out, go above and beyond supporting us through emails, and follow up with items he didn't have an answer to right away. [sensitive content hidden] made the experience!

One of my favorite features is the job posting template. It is so easy to add the pieces that are part of each job posting and only have to worry about updating the details for the specific role.
Desventajas
Requesting candidate availability is not something that we can do (yet?) and it does make it difficult to collect that data. We are making it work the best we can until that is hopefully added to the roadmap.

I really enjoyed user Lever. It has tons of features for DE&I. Our managers loved using it as well and it really streamlined our recruiting efforts. Scheduling through the Office integration was also great.
Desventajas
Compared to others, Lever was pricey but we felt it was worth it. The software runs very smoothly, never had an issues, and was very easy to use. Top of our budget but we got what we paid for in my opinion.

Easy to configure ATS that provides a great candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience

User interface is very intuitive and makes it easy to navigate. As a super admin, it's been very easy to configure/change/edit the settings in all facets. The global aspects of the company are very important from a data protection perspective along with the integration APIs. If you are a data person, you will love the visual insights as well. You can slice the data any way you need to and share automated reports on a cadence you define. The integration team was also incredible....they go above and beyond to figure out any roadblocks with integration and/or process specific needs that Lever doesn't readily support.
Desventajas
We are very strict with our security settings related to email and can't enable the approval processes just yet which is disappointing. Not Lever's fault, just the nature of our business setup. It has many features, but it could use a few more visual indicators in the candidate pipeline stages when multiple people are adding notes or giving a "thumbs up or down" while reviewing to make it easier to see if action has been taken on a candidate. It would also be nice to have sorting capabilities in the pipeline stages as well.

willingness to go above and beyond to answer all of our questions (sometimes multiple times over) and make himself available whenever something came up made this a truly stress-free implementation. Anyone who has ever implemented a product will tell you, those words don't usually go together. Truly grateful for his outstanding customer service and guidance!

They have top notch customer service and a fantastic implementation process. Overall, the software fits our needs and is customizable enough that we can make it fit our processes and not the other way around.
Desventajas
Nothing major that stands out as a flaw with the tool. There are of course, features I would like to see added, but our implementation specialist [sensitive content hidden]
was fantastic at ensuring our feedback was submitted on the product whenever one of these changes came up!

As a project manager, I am assigned 10-15 projects a year, and 80% of these include a professional services engagement from a service partner like Lever. The professional services team led by [sensitive content hidden] was easily the best, smoothest, most competent engagement I’ve seen in years. Coming from a PS background myself, I know it’s tough to be in her role. But her rare combination of high organization, positive attitude and leadership style, product and process knowledge, ability to teach, and written and verbal communication was so effective that my role as client PM was limited to a few internal deliverables and resource gathering. A huge credit to the Lever team, we were able to kick off the project an implement in about 12 weeks, despite terrible delays on our side getting a contract together. This enabled our business leaders to still implement in Q2 as originally planned. [sensitive content hidden] also demonstrated tremendous professionalism and patience when I dropped a ball and she scrambled and accelerated her team to support us. On balance, our business community and we as a client overall were in truly strong, professional hands from start to finish, and our internal post mortem report lists “Lever Professional Services” as the #1 reason we thought the engagement went well. I’d recommend Lever software and professional services without hesitation of any kind to anyone.

was the outstanding. I have worked on other system implementations with other implementation partners, but Tom was the best.

In our search to implement a new applicant tracking system at our organization, we came across Lever and were so excited about the platform and what we could do with it. One of our biggest wish list items was a system that not only would help us integrate different recruiting and onboarding processes for a more streamlined applicant journey, but also one that looked great and was easy to use. Lever had it all and the feedback we have received on it since implementing has been great! Lever helps us feel empowered to make changes as needed in the platform easily without getting lost in admin menus and various settings configurations that are so hard to replicate. It’s simple yet sleek and is honestly refreshing coming from our previous ATS. On top of all this, they have a wonderful team from implementation to support should we need to reach out on something. We definitely recommend Lever and hope you like it as much as we do!

Lever is like most platform, you get the result proportionately to the efforts and information you put in. So make sure you give enough details for the platform to be useful to your employees.

Desventajas
Having the capability to have multiple Reqs for the same job title would be really helpful. Perhaps having the ability to add additional budget IDs would help solve this problem?
