Most companies I know still use manual processes for the same and keep on having to redo the same work over and over again. I waste a lot of time in Responsive looking for things that should be straightforward. Its always a crapshoot importing documents, a lot of time it messes up identifying the right questions and answers and i've lost track of how many times the answers get exported to the wrong cell. > > Not good.
