seems intuitive; I can go back to add something I forgot very easily and not have to click back through pages that didn't change. When I had questions - the help chat was great with info and response time.

I wish that the ability to add the "last meeting/month before it ends" notification to a contact about the last occurrence before the event is submitted. At my church where we are using this, most of my events have an outside (of staff) contact that is the one making the reservation. Currently I add them as a contact and the event has to be approved and then I have to go back into the event to mark event notifications that I want one sent, but (second challenge) I can only send it to myself or a sub-admin and not the outside contact that makes the decision to extend. In my world, I have 154 events i just entered into your software, with 154 different contacts that I need those people to get the notification, not me getting it and then forwarding to the contact. At the end of each semester I will be spending a lot of time just forwarding email. A very inefficient use of time.

So much easier than the previous software we used, and with higher capabilities (even if we don't utilize them). I like it a lot.

It's intuitive, and moves you step by step through the process. Making room reservations is easy. I really like eSPACE a lot.

1. Have to navigate back to Dashboard before searching for another event. This is a waste of time, they should put a Search option at the top of every screen, not just the Dashboard. This also seems super intuitive, not sure why they haven't done this yet. They must not ever have to search and look at multiple reservations back to back. It's annoying.
2. The "email me one month before event ends" reminder option DOES NOT WORK. I have brought this to their attention several times, but it is not fixed. This is crucial for the work I do, and it is ridiculous that this doesn't work.

We have just recently started using espace event scheduling and the work order system and are very pleased with it. The combination of modules available under Cool Solutions makes so much sense. I am glad they have figured this out so well! I have had plenty of questions for them and have ALWAYS received quick and thorough responses. So glad to have found this!

They are so customer focused! They have created a place within the software where the customers can post ideas of what we feel could be helpful for us and others. What a concept! Asking the end user for input. Love it!
Also, the tracking of equipment in the work order system will be very helpful come budget time. There is documentation of equipment, it's age, it's service record, etc. for better planning of the funds God has given us to steward. We can expect at least fewer "surprise" expenses.

When moving our data from a previous software we were told our recurring events would come over into espace as recurring. This didn't happen and has been quite time intensive to take all the individual events and recreate them into recurring events.

We are now able to provide everyone with up-to-the-minute calendaring information. They can access it anywhere, especially with the phone app. Everyone can enter their own requests, and we no longer are "surprised" when an event was supposedly scheduled but somehow was never calendared. We also are able to know room set-ups and anticipate work flow for our maintenance staff. Resource shortages are managed prior to events, instead of scrambling at the last minute. We are extremely happy and impressed with eSpace.

We have some folks that are resistant to change. With so many features, the program came seem overwhelming at first. Our learning curve was a lot longer than we expected.

The Customer Service folks are very easy to work with and have quick responses. The Work Order Management Software has allowed our small crew be very efficient and effective with our time.

The Maintenance portion can effectively be used by any user and has an excellent preventative maintenance program.
Its quite amazing how the event calendar, maintenance management, and thermostat program all work together. Take so much work and thinking power out of the equation.

I have never understood the struggle with working with eSPACE until I had to help an employee over 50+. She did not grow up in the "everyone has a computer" stage of life and has struggled with the multitude of steps to make reservations. Now, we could have trained her better, but the more complicated your reservations are the more steps to complete it.

Customer service with eSPACE is outstanding! Always quick, courteous and professional and they are willing to consider, and implement if possible, any changes/additions to the program that may help it function better for you. That alone is worth the cost of the program.

This program has been a great help in coordinating the usage of the facilities on our campus. We were able to configure it to specifically work for our facilities, equipment and set up. My role is specifically in event set up and tear down and I find this program a very useful tool in coordinating and planning these tasks.

It took me a little more time to get to know the program and feel comfortable with it, but that is probably due to the fact that I did not need to utilize it on a daily basis. The one draw back for me was that some pertinent information did not crossover to my iPad as it appeared in the computer.

eSPACE has been a great addition to our facility team. It helps us streamline events, set-ups, etc. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Each person we've come in contact with always makes us feel like we are top priority. They are quick, listen to our request and help troubleshoot at the drop of a hat.

Espace is easy enough to use that any of the users can begin operating it effectively without experience or tutorial. We print off weekly reports to pass to various people to ensure everyone knows when and where the events pertaining to them are. this allows that setup and tare-downs are done on time.

The only change that I would make is possibly building in a feature that changes the color coding automatically to show which events are completed. Overall it is a great system.

I have to fill out a monthly report on the number of open, close and new WO that month along with the Percentage of open close monthly along with year to date. with your report system I have to take out the extra information and count and come up with percentage of Open, Closed and in process.

I love that I can access it from online. Everything we've had before was limited access and we had trouble internally with calendars syncing. I love that I can do work orders and I love that I can create forms all in one space- no more having to remember 50 diff sign in names and passwords. I love that there is an event owner and that the event owner can pick editors. I just love how detailed it is- making it almost impossible to make a mistake.

Then only con I have is the multiple tabs when creating an event. There have been a few times when I wanted to go back so I could change something or look at something and the information I changed had gone back to the original info that was there before..

With a few employees that cover a large campass with serveral nearby smaller sites, we're able to all stay in the loop as to what is happening where, what needs to happen, and who is tackling what. It's the best, most clear and concise communication platform that we have.

eSPACE has allowed me to be better organized and prioritize projects. It has actually helped me to delegate tasks to others and is setting our church up for success when we launch our next permanent facility. There's so many features and functions of the software I feel like I am always learning and have a long way to go before I master it, but the customer service at eSPACE is incredible and their webinars are extremely helpful.

It can seem overwhelming. There is SO much that is there and so many things to use that I feel like I don't use it all and that I'm missing a lot that could potentially be useful. The App could also use a little work. It's tough to edit and seems to be less intuitive than I would prefer.

Very wide range of options for multiple buildings, unique meeting spaces, specific services needed in each room, and I like that it shows conflicts in real time.

It requires about 8 pages of information for one simple reservation. So a 3,000 person event takes as much time to schedule as a 3 person meeting in a common area. Also it requires layers of approval to just change one detail for one instance of a recurring event. Needs simplification.

They either point me in the right direction, or they let me know if the idea is a popular one and when they may be able to add the functionality I'm looking for. They are always looking to help improve the versatility of their product, and are passionate in helping you use to its full capacity.

A person can reserve a room, even if someone was in that room first. Creating awkward conversations when both parties show up.
Alexus: Thank for the feedback. I would suggest that you get with Landon or Bernie about your concerns. The system is set up to not allow conflicts....but it must be set up that way in the churches SETUP section. If you are having double bookings, then that is a setting that can be adjusted on the church's side.

Overall, this application has saved us a great deal of time. Because it is in the cloud, we are able to give limited access to staff members so they can be aware of what's on the calendar before asking to add a new event.

eSPACE makes communicating with out repair and maintenance team so easy! Before eSPACE I had no idea my needs were being heard let alone assigned to someone to complete. I highly recommend this service! Has made our lives so much easier.

I like the filters, and the interface is easy to use. I can find what I'm looking for and since we use it primarily for events, it's helpful to be able to see everything coming up in the next month. Overall, for my uses, it's fine.

I love working with eSpace. The staff are great. I do recommend them for any church needed to schedule and maintain their facilities.

One of the things I like best about eSpace is they are continually updating the system. I like the HVAC integration with wireless thermostats the money that will save us after recovering the cost of the thermostats. I also like the workorder management feature. This is helping our maintenance department tremendously.

Reporting is limited and not very useful. I'd like to see a lot of effort put in to make the reports better. I also like the app, but it is difficult to sort and filter data in a way that makes it useful.

It would be helpful if eSPACE would suggest other spaces that are open when there is a scheduling conflict. It is a bit tedious to go back through all of our meeting rooms and have to check them all and uncheck them to see what is available.

So for I am liking this software. I work in adult ministries and handle 100+ different small groups, studies and events every semester for over 4000 adults. We joke at our church that our building is an "event venue that does church". We are swapping rooms constantly from ladies classes or senior events in the mornings to meetings in the afternoons to support groups in the evenings. I think the software will be helpful.
