With the small surveys we have seen great response and our employees feel very comfortable sharing comments because of the anonymity provided.  The integration into our Microsoft Teams and ease of sharing reports has made it very easy to remain transparent.

> **Desventajas**: The deployment and implementation support were excellent and it could be that we just didn't ask the right question but having training provided for the user experience would be beneficial to ensure our employees are able to take advantage of the great features like sending cheers to their coworkers and seeing the summary data for the survey responses in the web portal.
