The design is strong and aesthetically pleasing along with easy-to-use intuitive features. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Customer service is phenomenal! Best time-tracking software I've used, hands down.

Like the Category Calendar view the best to gain a quick reference of the overall picture of tasks for a given month.

Under the To Do List, would prefer to see the Upcoming Actions in order with the next one coming due. Scrolling to the bottom to see the next action(s) due is annoying.

Customer support is professional level. The interface is fast.

Frankly, the fact that the product was not flexible and customizable could not achieve the working process I wanted. It was very inadequate for me in terms of managing my projects. They don't have many functional tools for big projects.

I love how much functionality and detail I get with FunctionFox. It has enabled workflow and increased our productivity and brand consistency so we can prioritize the most strategic, outcome-oriented projects. I love that campus users all go to a single link to request work. I cannot imagine going back to an email-based request process or a lower functioning project management system.

The learning curve was high and hard for some. The dashboard is not as intuitive in some places as we would like.

It's very easy to use and has a lot of bells and whistles which is great. My favorite feature is the timesheet feature.

I wish it had more colors, it's a little blah and grey and boring.

I love the stopwatch timer for tracking my time as I work on projects each day. Having this feature has allowed me to bill for every single minute I work instead of letting things fall through the cracks. Then, at the end of the month when I am ready to invoice, I can quickly and easily produce reports for each client that show details for each task I have completed.

I can't think of anything I would do to improve this. It is amazing!

The time tracking and various reporting and organizing features are vital in making sure we invoice accurately for the work we do.

The only con is filling out this survey, as it requires me to provide a con for a product that I have no complaints about, and to require it to be a certain length in order to submit!

We love the simplicity of the software interface, how user-friendly it is and that it's an app we can take anywhere we want.

We can't think of one. Hmm. Nope. We have literally had no issues or downtime or other problems. Maybe that there are so many cool features we haven't tried out yet...but that's on us!

This website is Web based so it's easy for everyone to access and stay connected.

I do wish it was a little easier to customize the reports on my own.

Easy setup of new clients, projects, tasks and hourly rates.
Very easy to pull reports of timesheets and associated fees in order to understand actuals, and use these in preparing invoices.
The ability to archive past projects and even clients keeps the program from being cluttered.

I only use a small part of FunctionFox's capabilities, and I have only high praise for the parts of the software that I use.

We have used this product for over 5 years and it is really easy for employees to understand how to input their time. Their customer service staff is helpful when you ask for something directly.

Setting up backend organization of clients and projects is a bit confusing and difficult. There aren't very many integrations for communication with other softwares and if there are, it is difficult to get them set up. Updates and added features have to be added to your account from a FunctionFox rep.

The new interface design is really nice.

Where do I start? The user navigation is confusing, it lacks reporting features available in cheaper software alternatives. There is no time tracking app for the desktop and the mobile apps are seriously out of date.

It made it very easy to track time for clients over the course of the day, week, and month. Quite customizable, so we were able to have it fit our needs.

Nothing in particular comes to mind. It is solid software for time tracking.

As an Account Manager/Office Manager I can't imagine how I would get through my day without FunctionFox. I use the action function weekly to prepare for our Monday traffic meetings and keep this up-to-date throughout the week, so I always know the status of my client projects. Running reports for monthly billing and using the invoicing tool has saved hours of time! The ability to run current client reports as well as reports from archived jobs allows me to see how time was spent, capturing billable time and expenses, and is also a great tool in preparing estimates. As easy as it is to use, if you do need help, the customer service at FunctionFox is unbeatable! Signing up for FunctionFox is one decision you absolutely won't regret.

Really there is nothing I don't like about FunctionFox it's a great product and fulfills the requirements I use it for.

This product keeps track of all of my notes on my clients' projects. This helps to ensure that my billing is accurate.

This product is not accessible when the internet is down. It would be great to have a resident version on my computer when internet is out.

It has stayed true to its purpose; maintained its convenience and ease of use; is very dependable; doesn't require ongoing maintenance upgrades and then the need to re-learn how to use the software.

I wish it was just a little less expensive since I only use the Time Tracking and Reports features.

Function Fox makes it easy to set up clients, projects and to track time. Most importantly, Function Fox has allowed my company to track and invoice for hourly work that "slipped through the cracks" in the past; my billable hours have nearly doubled since I started using the product. Function Fox help you get paid for your work. All of it.

I think the invoicing part of Function Fox's system could be a bit more flexible -- customizing my invoices i a way that my clients will accept them has been a minor challenge, but certainly not a deal-breaker. Overall, it's a great product that help you get paid for your work -- the good definitely outweighs the bad.

I like how easily I can track my time through the use of the built-in timer / clock. I have used this product for 3 years and I do like the way the interface and design is evolving.

I wish there was a more intuitive and visual way to view schedules. It's very clunky and they're basically buried. They are not very helpful in a list format and would be much better suited if they could be color coded and interface with a calendar like Google. I don't like that when you do make a change to a schedule it doesn't automatically shift other items around. I keep track of my schedules best by simply speaking with my colleagues and writing on the work order. As far as I'm concerned the current schedule process in time fox is a waste of time.

I also dislike that when I change tabs in one job I have to refind it again when the page changes.

Very simple to learn and use. You can customize reports for your specific needs. Cost is very affordable. Customer Support - outstanding!

There's really nothing I don't like about it.

Simplicity and Layout. Ultimately, tracking spending (costs) vs expenditures (travel, receipts, milage etc.) and Time.

Would like additional formats for manipulating reporting.

The thing about time tracking is that it can be a huge pain. TimeFox removes so many barriers... it's as simple as I can imagine it being. And that's what matters most. More features mean more complexity. This software tracks your time very very well.
You can track time with a start/stop stopwatch function, enter it manually, duplicate previous entries... even across days. It's very easy to use so you don't waste time while tracking your time.

It might be limiting or expensive for some, but I have found it

The timekeeping tools. Love the way it interacts with the Client, Project, Task and the ability to edit.

I've had to disengage the hourly rate recording because very often we adjust that when reporting and invoicing to clients. Therefore we haven't figured out a way to invoice directly from the software. Also, I wish Outlook calendar could somehow be linked to the Function Fox calendar.
